The therapist also changes the temperature of the water during the colon hydrotherapy treatment, this is one of the ways to increase the effectiveness of the treatment itself. Some colon hydrotherapy devices allow for this and some do not, so this may not be something that is available at every colon hydrotherapy centre.
Of course, hygiene and safety are the most important thing: your colon hydrotherapy treatment should be first and foremost safe and the centre where you go should adhere to strict hygiene standard imposed by all of the colon hydrotherapy associations. At Aqualibria we have a dedicated hygiene assistant to take care of the sanitisation of the treatment rooms after each treatment.
