My paintings have vastly improved since painting with Karlyn. Thank you to the people that have brought us her videos. Learning from Karlyn is a joyful experience.
One of the most understandable videos I’ve ever watched. I’ve a short term memory issue that’s Covid driven . I plan on writing down notes in a study book I keep with the demonstrations for future reference but I’ve a couple of colors I need to purchase before I can do the lesson correctly. Thank you for keeping it so simple!
You're one of my favorite watercolor artists so when someone like you offers their knowledge for free, I am truly grateful. I hope you will do more in future. Thank you.

Hello why do you use antwerb blue? It is PB27 and it fades in one week on sun. I know when you put it in darkness it komes out but not in the britness. So... when you do work for customers... you are a professional so my question. Thanks
Tatjana, Although the pigment is the same one you mentioned PB27, Antwerp blue has a permanence rating of "A" which is an excellent rating, This information comes from Winsor Newton website and the brand that Karlyn uses. Here is the website; www.winsornewton.com/na/shop/water-colour/professional-water-colour#.WxYEJZjHjD8.twitter
when you read carefully there is an "iv" behind antwerb andprussian blue- because they fade fast in light and when you put them in dark. them come back. but not in full stong. so...please chack it out! i have made my own test and it is true... i wondering that you- so good famous artist- use them. i hope i could talk you something new :-)
English is a difficult language. I taught many young adults English as a second language in my younger days. Don't become discouraged. You are to be commended for trying. Watch a lot of Sessame Street type television shows and listen to a lot of audio books based on children's books. This will help with your confidence. Good luck.
