Sample an image color:
While inside the Color Picker, moving the mouse over an image allows for a color to be sampled. Holding the mouse button down while moving over an image allows for color to be sampled dynamically.
Adjust a single colour attribute:
By default, the HSB (Hue, Saturation, Brightness) mode is used within the Color Picker. Within this default, H is used as the default value where Hue is represented within the vertical bar while Saturation and Brightness make up the large color square. Adjusting the Saturation within this color square can lead to an accidental change of the Brightness. Switching to the S mode gives Saturation sole control of the vertical bar. Similarly, switching to the B mode gives Brightness sole control of the vertical bar.
Select perfect white:
Click and hold down the mouse within the large color square then move the mouse to the upper left and outside the Color Picker.
Select perfect black:
Click and hold down the mouse within the large color square then move the mouse to the lower left and outside the Color Picker.
