Colorado Rocky Mountain Hiking and Native Trout Fishing

Hi Everybody! Went to Denver for vacation and decided to fix an Asterix in my native trout chasing career. A few years ago I went to Rocky Mountain National Park and thought I had caught a Greenback Cutthroat Trout. Turns out all the Greenbacks they thought they stocked were really Colorado River Cutthroats (Genetic Testing: Buzzkill!). Once they found the one stream in the world that still had Greenbacks, the Colorado DFG started a process of trying to reintroduce them to their native range. I found one stream that was self sustaining and visited it. Sorry if this vid is light on the fishing but still saw some awesome scenery. Thanks and subscribe for future trips!
