Thank you for sharing your visit. My knees could never do those stairs and my nerves couldn't handle those heights, but it was so nice to see what it would be like. I would go just to see the outside and maybe the first level.
I am so glad you are showing that. It is awesome place . I miss Colorado but since my daughter has moved to Maryland today I will be seeing more great places on the East coast. She loves to travel like me so when I visit I will have great fun. She will be less than an house from great places in Pennsylvania so we will do all those things again.
Wow a lot of changes since I was last there! Jim had a hard battle with cancer so now he only comes out now and then for awhile to see his people. I remember the battle he had to fight to stay on this land and keep building. The government tried to take it several times as he was building it bigger and bigger.

Bishops Castle is such a cool place. It looks like there are a lot more people there now than there was when I went in 2018. I made it as high up as the bridge, my brother was a little braver and wet up into that iron "ball" you were in.

Understandable.. however that is why we do all the fun on the channel so people can experience things that might not be something they feel comfy with like heights.. so instead they can be a part from a distance which is safe feeling....
