I got my both from the US Mint. I made sure they were packaged up separate in it's own box. i don't open the boxes any more, keep them sealed. still have my 2019 American Eagle One Ounce Silver Enhanced Reversed Proof in it's box unopened. been ordering from the mint since about 2008 and have all my receipts in a couple binders..
Not opening them is probably good in the long run for resale value. But I like looking at my coins. Plus I have never sold a coin and probably never will unless I have a financial issue. Thanks for watching.
I got my 2 on Friday, I do agree with you, that the half dollar looks cartoony. The silver dollar looks ok, but if you look at the lines in the basketball, they did paint them black. Im still not impressed with either, i just put both In my commemorative albums, and there, they will stay.
Thanks for sharing my friend. I'm with you in that I'm not impressed. And, if they are going to colorize, why just the rim and net on the dollar? And why did they not colorize the other side. A lot more going on there.
