- Great video. Good to see all the improvements. - What's next for Cygnus Entertainment? Boat Simulator I'd imagine. It's not a new game though, it's a lifestyle. - Thanks for reminding me to play Loom. Ask me about Doom next. - You probably have to play Chants of Sennaar to understand what those Dwarven runes mean. Probably translates to "Listen to Kris Kross - Jump"

I read the title and thought that somehow a Colossal Cave sequel had been released without me knowing, lol. While this may not be that, it's still fun to see how this version has evolved since it launched - Roberta and Ken and everyone at Cygnus sure have been quite busy! IMHO, seeing at what they've built here, it's pretty clear they've laid a lot of great groundwork for a sequel if they wanted to pursue one now - as you said, AGG, things like being able to talk to dwarfs and journey out to far locations are just the kinds of things that would be *perfect* additions to kickstart a new adventure in this little fantasy world of dwarves, elves, dragons and mysterious caverns. Perhaps someday in the future. Another great vid, you Adventure _GRANDMASTER,_ you! 😄

Why it's an extraordinary adventure with an interface of magic, stunning high-resolution 3D landscapes, sophisticated score and musical effects. Have you read any of them? You might think her very dignified if they turn out to be great literature. Her prior books and games have granted her ample dignity in my book!

@@Simon-yq3bc Yeah, I'm far from certain they'd be my cup of tea, but her talents probably put it above many a romance novel, and I'd try it out if I happened on one. It's probably a more lucrative market - unfortunately for us - and can now indulge her sleazier side; the homo eroticism only teased in Gabriel Knight 2, lol!

Watched a streamer play this during release. Even with looking up walkthroughs we could not figure out what to do with the Dwarves which just randomly pop up and kill you constantly. The dwaves appear were just non-interactive custscenes. We tried every conbination possible for an hour and then gave up. Input did nothing. I am still perplexed with all walkthroughs/tips either seem to be horrible wrong/misleading or the game's dwarves were incredibly buggy for a patch or 2 and no one ever talked about this online.

First time I played it I didn't know you could fight back with the axe, so the dwarves just kept coming...From what I understand the more you kill with the axe the less frequently they appear. But yeah they always get the first move!

@@AdventureGameGeek I think some people used to miss that the first dwarf (which always shows up in the same place) throws an axe at you, which you can pick up and then throw at the dwarves that attack you later. If you miss that, it's indeed going to be very frustrating. They made it FAR more obvious in 2.0.
