@@pyromann4442 that's why one scrubs the OS and does a complete redesign. It's like being Tony stark upgrading hammertech lmao. Reverse warmachine shit
Likely due to how he can get in and out like in the games. I mean anyone with some time could throw together a costume that's just the powerarmor. BUT to make something you can step into?! THEN walk around still! That is just awesome, Idc what he looks like the man is deserving of praise for his dedication and ingenuity.
That's like saying a kid who made a pirate costume should head out on the open ocean. There is little to no crossover between making a costume and trying to build a real mech suit.
@@thirtythreeeyes8624 Get a grip good fucking lord. You act like you’re aware people dislike you but have no idea why, even though you say shit like this.

@@censingterror7329 technically speaking, power armor has a large power source and the bombs would most likely quickly fall to the ground so, the only thing that can beat the lone survivor is pepsi or coca cola man

yeah but suited armor isn't practical, its like million dollar equipment that can destroyed by a single rocket (blast + shrapnel) or heavy gunfire 50 armored suited infantry versus one military drone a drone gets shot down no one dies, can wreak havoc from the skies, very mobile and has a wide range to take down targets armored infantry, slow moving, easy to gun down or be destroyed with artillery/air, each person dying = casualty + loss of military equipment equivalent to producing a drone (way more mechanisms in an armored suit
@@danielan962 Well if it was accurate to the game it could take a tank shell and survive and it's not slow, it's powered by a fusion core so that it can move around as fast as the wearer. Yeah it's not the most tactical against planes, but....they're planes. Let's say an enemy group is held up in a bunker with one exit. Through 2 T-51s in there and they won't be able to stop them.
Well the suit in the game has a mini nuclear reactor EXPOSED on the back so that might pose some issues if brought to real life one well placed shot and kaboom
Its awesome how massive the age range and skill levels of the Fallout Community is. Got people just getting into Fallout that weren't even born when some other fans were playing Fallout 1. Got parents showing thier kids the wonders of the wasteland.
@Spy Crab True. I did, in possibly the most round about way possible. O.o In 2012 I was seeing lots of animated music videos for this thing called "Fallout Equestria" which turned out to be several Epic Fanfiction of such length and bredth as to make "War-and-Peace" seem like light reading. Well this epic turned out to be an amalgamation of the Fallout and My Little Pony universes, neither of which i had heard of before. This lead me to explore Lore Channels such as Oxhorn and ShoddyCast, and mess around with Mobile applications Fallout Shelter and Vault 13 until eventually in I was able to play Fallout 3 myself in 2017, and New Vegas in 2019, both for PS3, and pushed me to begin building a Fo4 capable PC thats still in progress. On a side note, tiny Pastel Colored Marshmallow Equines set into a post-apocalyptic world are absolutely BRUTAL. Not something I would recommend for the squeamish. O.o
He put more effort in that costume than he did himself. Hit the gym my boy and if you’re going bald just embrace it. Distracting yourself this much with games leads you to neglect your health.
@@ironbackplays7861 emotionally sensitive? You're reading my reply incorrectly. I think this video's awesome. But, it would be even cooler if it was real power armor. Now, if you did read it that way, you either think the suit in the vid was stupid or you get offended by the smallest things, including things that aren't insulting 🤔
I'd love to see someone work on something like this that would probably need stronger motors so you could use something that would make it look less thin and adding more weathering would add so much to the effect of this looking like steel it would be really close to actually experiencing looking at a 600+ pound suite of death
@@abcdeisthekeygaming277 if I were to say the best way to do it would use sheet metal which is very lightweight and use a dense foam material as backing which will give more depth. Weathering is a personal thing but I love the idea that these suits have seen hell and tell the story of it
That was really smart using that thinner gauge plastic and just layering it to look more filled-out. I bet it makes transport and storage a great deal easier.
The fact that he actually produced this costume with an actual working open and close feature like the game is utterly impressive. Not even just impressive cosplay this is like a legit engineering feat to make something like this. I can only imagine how amazing it would be if it could be made with a thicker plastic material to look a little less flimsy but I'm guessing there are limitations and the weight might become a factor. Regardless the most awesome cosplay ever.
I saw a kid dressed as a cat once so obviously we can have human cat hybrids. The dude made a costume out of polystyrene with an arduino and some servo's, that doesn't equate to real power armor.
