Great video. I'm 9 weeks post op. Same as you. I thought the stickers were for when showering! Derr!! Also I didn't know that I too have a retracted stoma. That was going to be something I asked about when I see the Stoma nurse next. All videos I've seen so far the stomas are protruding and I was wondering why mine didn't. Ive not been advised to use convex bags though - have you used normal bags and if so what difference does it make? Thanks for sharing xx
