I never really got into Bratz, but this collection seems spot-on to me. Also, the comment you made about the 90's/00's being half glitter & butterfly clips, & half grunge make me laugh 😄 I was like "yup...pretty much!"
The palette is one of the best colour stories they have released in a long time. I have no connection to the Bratz dolls at all but I might pick this up as the shades are so pretty. They seem to have put a lot of thought into the collection, hopefully those interested in the IP will love it!
Yeah, I probably won’t buy it because I don’t really have a connection to the Bratz, but I might try to dupe the color story because I do feel inspired by it. It actually reminds me a lot of the Colourpop My Little Pony palette that they released a long time ago…a lot of similar colors.
Yes! Was hoping you would review this collection. There aren't too many influencers doing so. This collection takes me back. My daughters were both big fans of Bratz dolls! One was blonde and the other brunette, so you can guess which dolls were their favorites. lol Time sure does fly! Thanks for being you! :)
This is a really cute collection and I think they did a great job with it. I agree with you this is spot on to the Bratz dolls and the time they came out.

I agree with your comments about the Bratz eyeshadow palette. I am sitting on a fence--buy or don't buy. I love glitter when used with matte shadows, so love the deeper shades too! I love your reviews! I have been following you for a long time, because you explain and show what items Really look like-so help full. Ellie
Thank you so much for the opportunity. The Bratz Dolls were big long after i knew what they were about, lol. I do think this is a well put together collection from what i can tell, though. I really enjoy watching your content. I also live in North Carolina, and I am currently in school to become a licensed esthetician, but my true passion is makeup! I should have done this 10+ years ago, but better late than never 😁

I'm so happy ColourPop is making "colorful" palettes and collab themed collections again. It seemed they were on quite a break there. I do like these items. I may not use the glitter, but I'd get use out of the rest. However. I probably only purchase the eyeliners, maybe a Lippie kit.

Hey same with me every Saturday when I was little I used to go downstairs. Very early in the morning and sleep on the sofa so I can be the first on to watch my show and plus I had some of the dolls and most of the movies too
Bratz hit the shelves when I was around 18 or 19, but I remember thinking that I would've loved it if they had been around when I was playing with my Barbie 😀
The lippies have to be in my top, I like the palette too. It's not really bc of the Bratz branding, I just like the shades. They did a pretty good job in my opinion 💙💙
My daughter is eight. She’s very artistic. Of course she doesn’t wear make up out, but I let her play with make up at home. I got here this set for Christmas. I try to find things like this that are somewhat more age appropriate, but still have pigment. The typical kid make up is so soft it drives here crazy. I even bought some Bratz dolls, trying to encourage her to play like a kid.
I was over dolls when Bratz dolls came out, so it doesn’t personally appeal to me. But I can see those who did enjoy it love it for the nostalgia factor. I can also see this collection being great for a gift for “tween” girls who may just be getting interested in trying makeup for the first time.

I have a bit of research and buying collections of makeup from legitimate makeup brands for kids/teenagers is a lot safer from a health perspective than buying the starter makeup kits that they sell for cheap directed at young girls. Like what you would find in stores during Christmas. They put tons of toxic chemicals and fillers in those that are not safe for human use. So I buy my nieces who enjoy makeup products like this from colourpop that are more geared to kids.
Like you most of the collection doesn’t really speak to me! But, I like the color story of the eyeshadow palette and the Lippe set Yasmine looks like my kinda color!
Codes won't work on sale items or any of the bundles - only on full price individual items so that's probably your issue 😅 I just tested my code on the Sasha lip kit and it worked so it is functional for me!
