I love the fact that when you finish your eye makeup, you don’t put huge fake eye lashes on that end up blocking the eye look like a lot of other beauty RU-vidrs do. I’m not trying to throw shade at them, but I feel like a lot of times, you can’t see what the eye makeup actually looks like as well. And I don’t wear false lashes, so I like to see how the eye makeup looks without lashes on.

Just want to say THANK YOU for always getting these videos up before launches. I have relied on your video reviews for CP releases probably to an unhealthy degree. I honestly CAN NOT feel good about purchasing new items from them without consulting you virtually first lol. I know these videos take a lot of time so I just wanted to make sure you knew that we appreciate it and in my case stalk our subscriptions page for new videos.

I’m so happy to see another non-monochromatic palette from CP. I think this one, if it isn’t for you, is a great one you could recreate from singles or other palettes. Especially since CP alone has a lot of those macron purple/lilacs to offer!

i’m not a person who buys a lot of makeup and i didn’t want to buy several monochrome cp palettes, and this one has THE colourstory i wanted!! pretty shimmers, lavender, peach, transition for my skin tone and two deepening options! finally will make a purchase 🥰

I mean the color story is kind of basic but I kind of like it?? The mattes and shimmers look really pretty. That said, I have a feeling I’m going to see this discounted on ulta within a few weeks.

ColourPop 'duping itself' is quite useful for those of us who live outside the US. It's not sold in physical stores here so it was harder to justify international shipping costs/times for the older limited releases (esp. when their product line was smaller)

I think this is a lovely collection. I enjoy the color selection for the palette, and I do really like the velvet blur or ultra blotted look, so I think I might actually enjoy the lippie stix too. I also don’t have most of the palettes you chose to compare, so although it isn’t the most unique color story, I do think it is nice.

I really like the palette, but I honestly just want Macaroon as a single. It's such a Jessica Rabbit purple. It looks great on you! It also looks a lot like that old SSS Cowboy or Daddy, can't remember which one was the pastel.

When I saw Colourpop’s promotion of this palette, I did a double take. My eyes were immediately drawn to this colorful, springlike palette. So when I saw your video on this collection, I knew I had to watch it! Your eye look is really beautiful, Amanda! I also love the colors you used on your cheeks! The only color I wish they had was a bright spring green. But maybe that’s because I can’t stop staring at your gorgeous green/gold shifting nail polish!

You’re right. They sell some occasionally - the Taupe and Stone Cold Fox palettes - but some more would be welcome.

Yeah, would love some fun shades since they were all neutrals in those 2, no fun pops of colors. I also feel like CP is missing out on releasing more creams tho in general, they pretty much did the sheer blushes (which were all sheer warm/neutrals). But that's just my opinion. They have such amazing formulas too.

i’ve legit been waiting for you to post this video. i think this palette truly is so lovely. i missed out on many palettes that are now discontinued, and i reallllly love this color story. i’m sooooo in loveeee with the cheek products. i’m not a matte lipstick kinda girl, so i’m not sure about these, but the liners are pretty and would add a nice pop of brightness in the waterline. you did an awesome job with this video. i truly thoroughly every video that you post. keep up the amazing work. i’ve used your code twice already and i’ll be using it again and again. i love your face too!!! 🥰

I think this palette is really pretty but I have the retrograde from Huda and the colors seem very similar. I think I will be passing on the palette, but I may pick up a blush or two. I picked up this palette and really like it. I didn't notice it was so similar to Garden Variety but without the glitter in the matts. I prefer plain matts so that's a bonus!

I love what you said during the swatch comparisons about how not every palette is meant to be purchased by everyone. I think a lot of people definitely look at launches through the lens of what they already own and don’t consider how the company is catering to a huge market of people and not everyone is going to have those colors that you may think are overdone. I always try to explain this to people getting mad in trendmood comments haha

As usual, Amanda, you hit it out of the park with your review, and I love that you don't use filters too, unlike 90% of the other RU-vid influencers! There's no one who does comprehensive, honest reviews like you do, the swatches are so very helpful. And, your voice is so soothing. I already own Garden Variety, URaQt, ABH Norvina, the Disney Princess palette, and several of the others you swatched, but darn, I still want this one to add to my vast collection. Love the eyeliners too, and that pearlized pink blush. Ugh, I'm just a sucker for new CP, and other drugstore (and some high end) makeup! 😂

This was an interesting video. Is it just me but the left half of the arm swatches palette reminds me of the Sailormoon palette. That is, if it had more neutrals added in. Anyways, I love your videos as always, Amanda!

I want this pallette just for the sheer fact there are no pressed glitters and no sparkle mattes.. Love the color story!! Could be used all year.. Lots of deep shades perfect for fall or to deepens a summery look.. Love the light purple.. Gah I'm gonna need this and the chiffon blush 💕

Thanks for the video. I'm a collector, but I missed out on several limited edition palettes. So, I'm going to pick up the palette & eye liners. Maybe, the Chiffon blush too. The quality seems to be there for this release. I'm very happy that it has a mix of colors & shades. It's very Spring/ Summer to me. IMHO, it looks similar to the new Jouer Riviera palette, & 1/2 the price. 💜

I loved this at first glance!! Then waivered a bit because of the pastel lilac shade and the brick reddish shade I wish was more brown than red. I wish there was a med deep berry and med blue violet. But, the swatches are beautiful and maybe I could add to create more perfection...🤔 it's so hard to decide! I'm starting to play with makeup again after some mostly bare face years and newer to colourpop. I have garden variety and limoncello, 2 cpxrbk super shocks, one ss blush and one blush stick. Like them all except for the fallout of the ss shadows, makes my eyes really itchy 😫 Thank you for doing such thorough videos! And for comparing with other brands! You've helped me not buy so many palettes I don't need, and make choices I feel good about! 😀 And I love purple too! 💜 by farrrr my favorite eye makeup color

@@sarag9832 it's not that expensive. Yhe palette is 18. To me Colourpop is so hard to beat. I'm still trying to get the Natasha Denona great quality. It's not, especially for the price. Dame with Charolette tilbury. Wasted my money on that. There eye shadow was dry
