@@Chris09978 I'm absolutely interested in actually getting my hands on a CZolt and seeing if they've meddled with the overall production and assembly, changed parts manufacturing/suppliers and have gotten better or worse than past examples. I've got a Talo edition lightweight commander pre CZ. It's nothing fantastic as an overall pistol but I like it. I would really like a Combat Commander all steel with a pony stamp on it.
@@elblancobasura I’m saying cz bought colt because colt was falling behind. I’m basically thanking cz for helping colt bringing them back If you are talking about the 1911 Cz themselves made that was a limited run and it’s only a copy of the A1 so like the first version of the 1911.
@@Chris09978 I get it, Chris. It rather goes without saying (or so I might have thought) that generally, most Colt fans are grateful that CZ acquired Colt. I'm a dinosaur so I find it particularly satisfying that a well run, well managed conglomerate with a proven track record of development and fiscal responsibility, acquire and right the listing Colt.
@@elblancobasura i don't even know anymore. i used to see comparable sigs for less than colt. i don't even see colts for sale anymore anywhere near msrp whereas sigs are available. hopefully cz straightens out colt and maybe moves them out of ct. if i could find them near msrp i would probably buy 2 colts.
$1k msrp for this, if you can find one. colt has traditional 1911's for $900 msrp. i doubt kimber currently has any .45 1911 platform gun much below $900msrp. they might have micro eclipse 9mm or .380's going under msrp in that range but that's not a 1911 platform and not relevant to what is being shown in this vid.
