What training do these police undergo on /before/after joining the police force? Are there no rules and regulations for them? Why should there be departmental inquiry for him ? If parents treat or correct their child in a harsh manner, it's highlighted so with the teachers. The teacher is reprimanded and loses their job . Same treatment for this goonda policemen. ( My blood is boiling) Don't they have any family back home? I'm wondering what he does to his family! Human Rights must intervene in these cases
