Hi, I am doing configuration on Inteligen4 200 for synchronizing 2 generator, I have set Binary output 2 as ON GCB coil , and Binary Output 3 as OFF GCB coil , However when I run only one generator and I try to close the GCB from the controller the controller doesn't give a binary output to close the breaker (I am monitoring the binary output from the PC software ) although the main busbar is dead (no voltage ) , what is the reason ? dose "CAN2 missing communication alarm cause a problem while closing the GCB ??
Dear Sir are you sure the baseload setpoint is used when genset work in stand alone? and loadshare when is working in paralallel? I have read the manual i found different explication or I mis understood

Am having a problem in configuring a module IL-NT AMF 20. With inteliconfig software. Using communication module IL-NT-S usb, but is not connecting to the controller. It shows connection failed. I have double checked but I couldn't find anything.please sir i need your assistance on this. Thanks for your teaching.
Sir in you latop what connection your using you should cleck that in you computer ex.you open you comap sofetware there you can select what connection should be usb right
Sir, Intelligen NT module is showing over voltage, 263 volt on both Generator and mains input. I measured with multimeter, it is showing 230V, which is correct. Is it any configuration problem or hardware issue.
thanks for your knowledge transfer, i have two gensets with comAp controller inteligen200 if i start one genset the controller is showing for example 200kilwatt if i shutdown and start other genset the controller is showing different reading for example 300kilwatt how to solve that
This problem happen in the configuration you check the kva ,kw and the ct you installed must be configured in the module okay to solve your pblem all of this must config in the module and calculate

Ok sir if from compap its easy if this module have exu thin just add in tge module what type of ecu and connect the wire from module connection to ecm or ecu
Simple sir if u want to save click in the top right side click the connection thin its popup the rest of the selection where you can find save or save as
If ecu if you have new ecu and same ecu for replacement if you ahve old save file from same acu you can flash it back the config but some of it need a password from example perkins or any engine brand
If your config is auto inhibit means if the alarm fix its automatic reset it self but if not you can go to your latop of your module searxh the alarms and clear it one clear and its coming back meaning uts not yet fix the problem you do first before resetting
