BVR in DCS just got real over the last month. I have been routinely getting 40nm + kills in MP with the new AMRAAM. The other day I downed a Tomcat 50 miles away with the Aim-120!

is posture shooting a viable tactic in the mirage 2000C considering it got only 2 fox1 missiles?

Yes. I love to posture shoot in the Mirage. Send them defensive with a FOX 1 out of parameters, then close range for a Magic shot up the tail pipe. Works against AI on a certain PvE server which is constantly "at war" and not to be mentioned around GR 😀.
