Episode fourteen of 'Combating Woke Myths' guides you through how to talk to people when they bring up the need for inclusion.
The techniques I offer were inspired by Peter Boghossian and his book How to Have Impossible Conversations. I also see this series as the logical next step past the series we made last year called Woke in Plain English, which can be seen here: ru-vid.com....
If you appreciate my work, please consider joining my community on Locals, where you can interact with like-minded people. Paid members get exclusive content there like long form interviews, tips on how to deal with Woke ideology and more. Supporting me on Locals allows me to keep making more content, and Locals will never flag or take down my videos because it's a free speech platform.

Back in the 80s and 90s, there was a question from "Big Army" (and others) as to WHY there were so few Blacks in "Special Operations" (Special Forces and Ranger Regiment to be specific). It Started this whole "Inclusionary" discussion in the Military. What NO One on the outside was willing to admit is 1. It's an all Voluntary force. 2. Being a Ranger or Green Beret means volunteering THREE (3) times.....once for the Army, the 2nd time for Airborne School and the 3rd time for Either Rangers or Special Forces. Just because you volunteer doesn't mean you make the cut either. 3. For WHATEVER reason, blacks (on average) don't learn how to swim very well (whether its cultural or Environmental like where you live and do you have access to a swimming pool). You don't have to be an Olympic swimmer to pass Ranger Indoctrination Program (RIP) (today called Ranger Assessment and Selection Program or R.A.S.P.); or Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS) or Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC); but you can't ""Dog Paddle" your way through it either. One of the things that came out of this discussion was Swim Training implemented throughout the Army. It wasn't specifically focused on Black Soldiers, but it DID help the black Soldiers that took advantage of it. Unlike that recent "All Sexes" Physical Fitness Tests that the Army tried (and failed at), that LOWERED the Standards so that women and men would be held to the Same standard, the Swim Training never LOWERED the standard, it just gave those that needed it some help so they could have a fighting chance to succeed. What the swim training DIDN'T fix though, was the personal desire of Soldiers to put themselves out there and volunteer for Special Forces Regiment or Ranger Regiment. That's a very PERSONAL decision that individuals do or don't do for many various reasons. You can't MAKE someone go through medical school, if they don't want to BE a Doctor.....you can't MAKE someone volunteer for Rangers or Special Forces, if that's NOT what they want to DO.

Many of these woke buzzwords are also a virtue signal. I'd gotten so used to hearing inclusion, that it didn't occur to me that it was right up there too.

Don't forget "belonging."

The last thing we want in a successful business in my experience is inclusion. I want talent and excellence in my business. We can then choose to whom we make charitable donations, the business is not a charity.
