I struggle with this a lot and it's exactly as you said at the start I stay stagnate when a punch and then move after

So I have good punching power but horrible strength. Would strength be necessary for boxing?

strength is useful for endurance and also not getting manhandled on the inside. build it but don’t overdo it at the cost of everything else. experiment and see what works for you

Ive just gotten into boxing and ive noticed, does it matter what hand your dominant on? Because I position myself where my right foot is forward and left foot is back. Therefore my right side is the mist forward, along with my hand. Is this okay? Or should i try to make it my left side of my body like you in the video?

Usually, dominant hand is in back. That's how boxing is taught is conventionally.
