It’s always so inspiring watching your process, the time you take to create these journal pages is very evident in the finished item , your ideas are so organic, really lovely thank you for sharing this page 😊

Thank you so much 🥰 I am so glad to hear that you can see the time I put in to my jj's, I really needed to hear that, thank you. Because like I said in the video, I was wondering if it would have been the same if I have just fussy cut a bouquet!

Hi Mrs. Armstrong! Bre from the States here. I recently came across your page of which I assume came by way of your collab with Lavish Laces. The first video I saw was the collab flip through and I have absolutely fallen in love with your style! Thank you so much for sharing your gift of journal making and art with this community! Your work has been SO inspiring for me and has been helpful in my coming out of the throws of an artist block something terrible. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much! Lately I’ve found myself just listening to you in the background while I’m having a play. It’s still a bit of a slow comeback, but as all makers know - sometimes you just need that one thing you didn’t know you needed to spark that creativity reset! Your collage style and layering techniques have been just that for me. Also, I am a lefty as well so following you is very easy lol! I just wanted to share my appreciation! 🙏🏽❤️

Oh this comment made my heart smile! This is the exact reason I make these videos and share! I've been there too and found so much inspiration on here, I just had to give back. I don't have the words to express how happy this makes me to know that I am paying it forward, and did for someone else, what someone did for me. Thank you 💛💛💛

Aaaw thank you, I will be working hard on it this weekend, so I will try to make a couple more, these ones may be just a timelapse. I usually have my tv on as background noise. It stops me thinking too much, or I don't get very far!

Yes I dreamt about the envelope journal I'm doing... come 4am when I woke up I started getting it all together... My mind goes into overtime with all the JJ vids I watch for ideas and inspiration.. thanks for the tip with the PVA glue on the end of the string.. it will work for any type of string... I just recently got given a massive lot of beads... this was soooo relaxing to watch... Maybe glue a lace bow on the part of the holes where it got too big. that should reinforce it but also disguise the holes..

I just giggled throughout this video. You are so funny. Aside of that…. It was wonderful. I love that you put your dream into a real page! That’s amazing. You have the most creative ideas! I need to definitely invest in some Edith Holden. Love your crafting and I’m so thrilled you keep giving us craft with me videos. 🥰. What is your background? Obviously art. Flower arranging. What don’t you do! Truly adore you!

Aaaw Michelle 💛💛💛 your comments always give me such a boost! My background is that I have a very artistic and dyslexic Mum, so instead of reading books we did art together 😊 I have a Bachelor of design, and completed a floristry course, so yes lol "jack of all master of none" that's me! 😆

Very pretty. I will be making this. I am making an antique journal and I have some lovely antique pictures I can fussy cut. Thanks for the idea. PS: I rarely ever dream. If I sleep laying down I get night terrors from acid reflux, so I sleep sitting up and don’t dream. I am fine with not dreaming. I don’t like the night terrors.

This is beautiful. Not sure I have the patience to fussy cut it as neatly as yours though, but I'll give it a go. Thanks for sharing xx

Aaaw this makes me smile! And giggle 🤭 it wasn't too bad with an exacto knife, but I couldn't have done it with scissors! I wouldn't have the patience either! 🥰 I would so love to see your take on it ❤️
