My attempt at a grungy journal...but is it? She is currently looking for her forever home. You will find her listed in my etsy shop here saraleeartanddesign.etsy.com/... 💛🌼😊
What I also love about your fantastic journals is that you don’t use digital kits. It’s all made by yourself, very personal and full of charming ideas. This BEAUTY is absolutely gorgeous!
Aaaw thank you 🤗💛 I do use digital prints at times, but yes, you're right I haven't, I don't use kits unless it's for a DT project. I just can't help myself 😆 I just have to make them myself
Sara - you are so talented and listening to your lovely voice describe the amazingness of your journals is an extra treat. The work you put into your journals is awe inspiring!
Beautiful journal that is both grungy and so pretty. I love your inspiration and could listen to you talk all day. Especially love to hear your little chuckle you do sometimes. I hope one day to make a journal half as pretty as yours are. Thank you.
Aaw thank you, isn't it funny how you always hate hearing the sound of your own voice recorded? 😄 I'm so glad it doesnt grate on you as it does me haha thank you so much 😄💛💛💛💛
Another absolute stunner of a journal! This one makes me think of a sunny autumn day 💗 Your art and imagination never cease to impress, thanks for sharing! Caroline 💗
Qué belleza este diario!!! Hermoso trabajo realizaste, con muchísimas cosas para ver, descubrir y un montón de espacio para la escritura. Gracias por mostrar lo que hacés. Cariños desde Argentina 🇦🇷
You know I have to comment! This is my second fave (next to the one I got of course). 🥰. I am a grungy girl and you incorporate a little grunge in all your journals! I just love your walk throughs and listening to the sounds of all the textures you add. Not to mention your amazing voice. I definitely think a rust dying tutorial in order. 🥰. ~Michelle
@@sara-leearmstrong5009 I mean …. They are ALL my fave. 🥰 I would own everything you create if I could. I do love that you are putting the etchings in. And the family pics. Gonna have to pic up one with those things one day. So enjoy seeing how your journals evolve with different aspects! You blow me away!
I’m not usually drawn to grungy journals, but yours is gorgeous. I think it’s just grungy enough, if that makes sense. Love the door and vellum flip up! You always come up with such unique features. Thanks for sharing, and always look forward to your videos 💕
There are no words for me to describe this extraordinary, astonishing, impressive journal! Im am just amazed to see such talent! I'd like to hear about your background, have you always been creative etc .... You mention your grandparents and show the beautiful, touching pictures of them and you look as if you've lived a love filled life. Hope that's not too personal. I have rusted paper and material, and it was a disappointment , therefore I too would like to watch your process. Your videos make for awesome ASMR also. Thank you for sharing, I do enjoy watching.
Hi Trish 💛🤗🌼 thank you so much for your beautiful comment. I will try to do a tutorial today on the rusty coffee paper as a few people have shown interest 🤗 And no, it's not too personal, I believe sharing helps others. Life has definitely had its trials, but I choose to look at the positive. These things gave me a greater understanding and empathy for others and helps me relate to and help others, particularly in my teaching. My Mum and my son are my number one supporters who offer me unconditional love, I am very blessed. I myself have always found learning quite easy but my Mum is dyslexic. My mum supported as much as she could learning wise. She is however an amazing artist herself. A painter. She always did art with me and gave me my passion. I believe she is responsible for the creative I have turned out to be.💛 thank you for taking the time to watch my videos and leave such a lovely comment. I appreciate it immensely ❤️
@@sara-leearmstrong5009 Thank you for sharing that. Life has been hard for me as well. Broken family early in life and a mother not mentally well but I was so blessed that God called me as a young child. Crafting doesn't come easy for me but, I do have my style, which is somewhat simple. I've made several journals that I believe were very well made. I keep trying to create as others, but it just doesn't work, so I've learned to just enjoy other crafters gifts. It shows that you put your heart into you work and that you enjoy the process. Amazing. Blessings to you
@trishpope601 as long as crafting makes you happy, that is all that matters. For me it is place for mindfulness and a place to escape anxiety. Are you on facenlbook? I have created a group where we can ask questions, share and support each other. It's only a small group, bit I like that 🤗 if so you will find the link in my bio 💛
No I am not on FB nor Instagram. Thank you sweetie for what you've shared. I don't know how I'd gotten thru the past 12 years had I not found the junk journal world❤
