As someone who's 6ft and fairly recently started skating, it was so interesting to hear that spins will probably be easier for me than jumps (so far, I've only done spins and one jump and the spins are proving difficult, but I'm sure it'll come with practice!!). I've always been told that it's going to be much harder for me to skate being taller! Loved this video, you make everything look so graceful, even falling 😂

4:19 is me with my axel n double sal lmao. landed my axel once and double sal has yet to come. I fall so many times in one session i cant even count! but i love skating so i dont mind it, its what makes me happy.

I am so impressed how much you could still do!! I am a figure skater and I am now getting to know how to land a double lutz the right way and I know to well that you are falling 60% too 90% while skating. But it still should never stop you from doing it again! If I had such a long break from skating as you have, I think I wouldn’t even land the loop.
