Brother Jared Halverson, Thank you for helping me with understanding even more.We had a lot of visitors, investigators coming to see what they can get kinda like food items and other things. But then disappear. Others coming back then a death, then stepping back again... We really reach out, but an elderly parent who smoked 🚬 Cancer just can happen, if anger happens for a while We continue to pray for returning 🙏 14:23

Soooo Christians, we are Evangelists afterall - we know Jesus Christ and have received the Spirit of God. We tend to think of conversion as a religious undertaking and not a commitment to the Savior and His teachings. This is a great lesson of how the Spirit and conversion can take MANY FORMS to many different people in many different cultures throughout time.

Brother Halverson as I was reading this morning in Alma 34, I felt as though I understood that Christ’s Atonement was an “ordinance” not unlike the ordinances we do in the Temple vicariously for those that have graduated from this life. Please give me your thoughts. I’ve prayed to know and you came into my mind so I’m asking you. Thank you

Alma 19:13 says, "For as sure as thou livest, behold, I have seen my Redeemer; and he shall come forth, and be born of a woman, and he shall redeem all mankind who believe on his name". The Plan of Salvation defines the telestial and terrestrial inhabitants as those who did not repent and those who rejected the gospel. Since they did not believe on his name, what does it mean that they are not redeemed?

I thought it interesting that the king’s first response was to offer his daughter in marriage, which would have meant a high status. When he refused, the king sent him to probable certain death. He didn’t know what to make of him.
