Thomas A. Wayment, “The Hebrew Text of Alma 7:11 (scholarsarchive.byu.edu/cgi/v...) ,” Journal of Book of Mormon Studies 14, no. 1 (2005): 98-103. Wayment argues that the translation of Isaiah 53:4 (churchofjesuschrist.org/scrip...) in Alma 7:11 (churchofjesuschrist.org/scrip...) is closer to the Hebrew text than the English translation in the King James Bible is.

Mike Parker is a business and marketing analyst with over twenty years’ experience in the financial services and cellular telephone industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from Dixie State University (now Utah Tech University) of St George, Utah.
