In my history of plowing residential properties I also error on the side of caution when there’s a couple of inches of snow. I rarely have any complaints, as most of my customers are happy and I have had only a couple complaints over the last 23 years.
Your plow is impressive. I only learned about expanding plows this year. I'm an arborist and agree that a bit of extra service is always good. Yes I pee in the road, some parking lots and very carefully in clients properties. :-)
I like the back drag with the Sno Dog! I got the Fisher Homesteader 6'8" on a Y2K S10 just for personal driveway. The unit is too light to back drag snow from tight corners. I NEVER get any complaints from myself. We got about 10" of that concrete today in south/central New Hampshire.
Snow drought in NE Ohio. Plowed my commercials 4 times and my residentials twice so far this winter. I have salted my commercials maybe 10 times this winter. A typical winter I blow thru 8-10 tons of salt. I’m still working on my second ton so far.
Dude, no wonder of more it is so cold because the past two days we getting rain not a lot of rain a little bit and it’s been cold. No wonder you guys getting snow
for that lot with the slush snow. The small apartment lot that you scraped. How much do you charge per push / salting app or how much for season? I am having real trouble pricing my commercial snow bids.
I have zero need for strictly a straight blade. I always have them scooped to carry snow where i want without running off and even when wind rolling it still shoots snow just fine
@@CountrysideStrong I may be funny…. But I’m serious…. Send invoice for that treatment! Just do it quick before it refreezes…. Make sure you eat very salty foods earlier in the day.
You just sit in the driver's seat and aim it outside, huh??? 🤯🤣 After years of doing what I gotta do, I finally started keeping a bottle in the truck and did what I had to do ( 76% of the time it was good enough ), then thankfully last year I bought a truck with tinted windows, and 99% of the time I've got no worries 😂 Besides keeping a little bit of summer sun out ( nothing to write home about ), makes me wish I got all of my trucks tinted over the years 🙄
