I used to do drum majorettes and I remember the long nights that training last for, going to nationals, the fun we had on the trips to different provinces, the competition, performing pieces after pieces - small drill, large drill, non-prop, the amazing uniform we’d wear, the drummie moms (and dads) - their support, the girls and the nonsense we would catch on in our free time…how I miss those days. This video just remained me of all the thrill and I may have cried just a little towards the end seeing all the parents cheer when you guys finished you last dance. Brought back old memories. Beautiful! 💗

i’m a dancer and i have competitions in about 2 weeks and i have two dances for that. then i have a show in may where i have those two dances + another dance (3 dances altogether). i know how difficult it is to remember many dances at once. i’m so proud of you nicole! you’re very talented and it’s crazy how you have the energy to go through days like this! you’re really strong and i love your motivation and positivity :)
