Best version of the song on youtube after listening to many. Thx to the choir and their director. We'll try to the hymn justice in about a week when our choir sings it. God bless you
Wow! You all sound wonderful! This is not an easy hymn to sing and to sing it while in procession and still have that dynamic sound it brilliant. Thank you for posting. I used to sing this back in the 80s--we always sang it for funerals and many a Sunday service.
Heard in church yesterday. So went looking for it. This is better than even the published music on Amazon. Wish I could get it on mp3. They remind me of angelic choir. The falseto & piano accompaniment just perfect instrument. Also the pacing n annunciation. The spectacle of it makes me think of judgement day when the righteous graduate to a life in heaven. Bravo.

Make sure you don't 'spay' the 'sprice' (I graduated in '15) and enjoy these moments. They truly will be some of the best memories you have. I graduate from college today and I am reminiscing.
Very interesting choice for a "public" High School choir now days. Most impressive! Who is the arranger of this piece---I know it's not the one Lynda Hasseler did for Capital.....
Jeremy Lahman. I had the pleasure of being in 2 of his choirs, Freshmen boys and Acapella Choir. He is very demanding but he is undoubtedly the best at what he does.
