Yes, correct - you can't enforce an NDA if the conduct, incident, matter, etc., is illegal, You can't use an NDA to coverup, hide, etc., an illegal/criminal act or surrounding criminal activities. The reason that he became a comedian and now does RU-vid podcast shows is because he felt sincere obligation to tell the American people the truth about the man they were voting for. He doesn't need one if what he's saying is true. You can't sue for defamation if it's true and evidently it is because he's been talking about it for years.
Defamation is so hard to prove that successfully suing for it is one of the hardest things because you have to do multiple things for it to fall under defamation, which are you must tell a lie about the person AND you have to believe it was a lie when you said it. Both of those must be proven in court otherwise it isn't defamation. This guy isn't lying in the first place because it's obvious trump is on drugs.

While I tend to believe most of what he is alleging here, one minor observation is that here and other clips he mentions a Miss Teen Universe pageant, however there is no such thing. There is a Miss Teen USA pageant. There is a Miss USA pageant. There is a Miss Universe pageant, all of which Trump owned for a period of time. While I'm sure he got plenty of jollies from those, i wish Noel would correct himself on that and quite saying Miss Teen Universe. For me, it tends to lessen his credibility just a bit.

I just watched another video of this guy performing this exact set, almost word for word...the only difference was that the crowd was predominately black. His way of speaking & delivery was TOTALLY DIFFERENT. Very interesting.
