Der Schalter für die Liftachse gehört serienmäßig eingebaut und nicht als Option.

Das selbe Ergebnis bekommt man auch mit der Handbremse. Wenn die Hand bremse angezogen ist kann man diese ebenfalls drei Mal runter ziehen und die Achse hebt/senkt sich ebenfalls

I could only lower my lift axle with the switch on the trailer or with the brake pedal. I had no control on lifting it even if my trailer was empty. So the Wabco box got reprogrammed and the trailer workshop made extra connections between the Wabco box and 15 pin trailer connection. I myself installed and connected a switch. So now I can lower or lift my axle when I want as long as I'm not to heavy.

Back when I pulled spread axle flat beds there was a switch on the dash. Flip it and you were down to one axle.

Hallo miteinander. Als interessierter Laie hab ich mal ne Frage. Warum wird bei Sattelaufliegern mit 3-Achsaggregat sehr häufig die 1. Achse und nicht die 3. Achse geliftet. Bei gelifteter 3. Achse ergäbe sich doch eine höhere Wendigkeit. Oder gibt es rechtliche Vorgabe hinsichtlich des zulässigen Überhanges hinter der letzten mitlaufenden Achse? Die "letzte" Achse bei einer gelifteten 3. Achse wäre dann ja wohl die mittlere, 2. Achse. Danke für Eure Antworten.

Moin Ulrich Wenn zunächst die erste Achse geliftet wird, reden wir über die sogenannte Anfahrhilfe. Der Radstand wird verlängert und somit der Druck auf die Antriebsachse der Zugmaschine erhöht, ergo bessere Traktion. Das Liften der 3. Achse geht in Richtung höhere Wendigkeit, das ist korrekt. Und bei Leerfahrten oder leeren Pizzakartons könnten dann beide Achsen geliftet werden, so denn dann auch beide liftbar ausgeführt sind. Gruß Harald
