Collecting Comic Books has always been a fun hobby for myself. I have always enjoyed the stories & artwork done by so many talented people. Marvel, DC, Darkhorse & IDW comics have provided so much content over the years.
Thanks to people like Stan Lee & some of the great Superhero's he created like Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Avengers, X-Men, Daredevil & Wolverine, there is no lack of storylines. My other favorite comics include Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Flash, Aliens, Predator, Conan, Star Trek & Star Wars.
My uncle left me his collection to sort thru and hopefully sell. I will show you the process of how I sorted them all out & organized the lots. Downloading the CLZ Comics App along with CovrPrice values really helped. In the end, I had a lot of fun and it reminded me of a lot of all the good times in my youth. My uncle has a nice collection I am hoping to get from him. His collection is 60s and 70s era. I started collecting comics about 2.5 years ago. I collect Spawn and Todd McFarlane covers as well as some nostalgia stuff like Beavis and Butthead.

Before I became disabled and was forced to sell I used to collect Spider-Man comics and at one point I had every single issue ever printed including all variants, promos etc. It was probably one of only a very very few complete collections in existence.

i collect citadel 21 zines. theres only 1000 of each and you have to buy with bitcoin, so the value can only go up

Some of the early Flash and Annuals were around $50 each. Some Hulk. Nothing exceptional. The vendor liked it because he could fill his back-issues catalog.

I can't believe you those comics to a comic store cause they more then likely only gave you 25% of what the books where really worth. I don't know why you didn't just buy all your uncle's comics to keep .

In truth, his collection was quite weak. Unknown to me at the time, he had someone come to his house and cherry pick all the good one. I will do a follow-up showing off my personal collection. Thanks
