The truth is the poverty has now spilled to the south side of St. Louis, the population continues to spiral downward. Whites contnue to leave this bastion of crime. It's now in the worst shape it's ever been. Desegrigation killed St. Louis.
If you think that the Delmar Divide is "EXTREME" wealth disparity and racial segregation, then you have never seen or have been to places like Cancun, Mexico where people live in cardboard boxes directly outside of huge resorts such as the Omni, etc.
