This mission is easy, to an extent, cause if you move towards the center of the map... you'll trigger the Angry Mobs spawning on the Football Stadium, they're very strong and do more damage than most units, but they're weak to Gatling Cannons and flamethrowers, still it'll be a tough mission with them around.
Capture their Arms Dealer on the south-east to stop them from producing vehicle units, then use their vehicles against them.
Then destroy all the patrol units to ease secure your offensive and give way for Black Lotus to get to the train bridge and detonate it with C4.
