Oh I love any game involving the family of Brian, Olivia, and their son Jacob.

Community is my favorite tv show and I did see both Spencer and Jacob first there so when they introduced themselves by their bit parts in community I lost my shit. Sidenote, Spencer shows up in a second episode of season 5 as well but just in the background of a picture of the old timey pictures club as a The Shining reference.

In case anyone is curious, hinterland harbor doesn’t enter untapped with yavimaya you need to have a forest as it enters the battlefield for it to be untapped (which means the game decides if it’s tapped or untapped before it becomes a forest)

Noticed that Keeper of secrets dealt damage when Brian cast haggle from his hand when keeper deals the damage when the card is cast from anywhere other than the hand. Was probably a one time mistake but wanted to mention it

This is the only commander show where I do not skip the intro sequence because it makes you feel like you are truly hanging out with friends to play a card game, which is very welcome in my lonely existence

Probably my favourite commander channel on youtube. Spencer is so good - big chaotic neutral energy with no sleeves.

The genuine banter and jokes thrown around in these makes them so compelling!

This episode was great. I watched it with my wife, who just started messing with Commander as well (just 1v1 so far). This made her excited to play it more. She and I loved the pace of gameplay and how you all help each other understand interactions and cards. Keep it up, we're fans for sure!

Brian had that cool turn one play, but I believe that the lands check what other lands you already control as you play it, therefore it'd enter tapped.

So crazy thing about Brian's first land drop of the game, despite itself being a Forest type it would still enter the BF tapped. That is a Replacement Effect and they look forward in time and so the land will not see a Forest on the BF before it enters and so it will enter as a tapped land.

Tatsunari team here! One of my favorite commanders. Politoad was a pretty awesome proxy. I have sage mode Naruto proxy with Gamakichi proxy. Need to get a Ramen token now though for the occasions I get a food token haha

Two Community icons I did not expect at the same table

All my buddies were so excited to grab me on friday to say that Brian played Beluna! I just got into the game recently and i built Beluna as my first deck! I'm now playing Gorion adventures and having tonnes of fun copying spells!

Olivia, Prossh was my very first commander as well. I got it altered, I loved the Jund (didn't know it was called that back then) colors. So I just had a bunch of token stuff and big stompy creatures. 0 combos, hardly any interaction. There was a table ban of that commander with some of my friends but once they saw my deck they let me play it just out of pity. And it was the most fun deck I ever had lol

Every time a new vid shows up, god I’m so excited. At least an hour of entertainment

Prossh was my 4th deck out of about 30+ now but by and far my favorite to play so seeing Prossh love from my most relatable guest (love ya Spencer you've been a huge influence on my DMing) is such a treat.

It is always so nice that Brian invites his son Jacob to play Commander at Home.

I would just like to note, I DO know him as Annie's brother in the vhs episode of community, he is right!
