Studies show it's impossible to have a bad day when Ben Brode pops in to Commander at Home

I've already died laughing from just the "pre-game action", oh my god I love Ben Brode on this show.

"But you spent so much time on the shirt" should have won him the game right on the spot by dealing 21 out of combat commander damage to everyone.

I gotta say the current iteration of Brian Kibler's look is really doing it for him. Very Linux Software Engineer/Cool Dad vibes.

"I'm gonna play Phyrexian Metamorph targeting food!" Is so unhinged and absolutely golden.

Xolo the master of "less is more comedy" with the occasional one-liner to the solar plexus. "spent too much time on the shirt" killed me.

Phyrexian food morphing has got to be one of the most hilariously beautiful plays ive ever seen. Second only to BILL THE GODDAMN PONY

I'm starting to think Ben comes over and stays for the weekend like we all did as kids! Is he always at your house? If you need to get him out blink twice....

Ben is always a blast, but it's lovely seeing Xolo loosen up every time he comes on, he's also a great guest.

It's funny how Xolo isn't a "pro gamer". Like, he still misses some interactions and sometimes doesn't make the most optimal play, not because he misplayed but because he genuinely doesn't know it's possible. And I absolutely *love it* !!! Gives this show that old "kitchen table" nostalgia, makes it seem like this is genuinely just a group of friends having fun at home with a game of magic 🥰

I love Xolo. He's just so fun and refreshing to watch
