Wanted to let you know that Frenetic Sliver does not work the same as the Efreet due to the wording "If this creature is in play". So sadly the 5000 flip wombo combo only works for the Efreet. The Sliver just fizzles out to one potential flip a turn.

It only takes 3 coin flips wins to make it lethal! My deck revolves around mass coin flips using coin flip tribal. Since I am drawing tons of cards with Zndrsplt, I put many cards that draw to deal damage. I probably need to put more tutors to get Krark's Thumb but here is my prototype! I also won my first game because of Fiery Gambit :)
With Frenetic Efreet and Chance Encounter out, activate his ability in response to his ability at least like 100 times. You're bound to win eventually.
I built the deck to split the windows between okaun and zndrsplt, and filled in the non coin flip cards with cards that can win off drawing cards, like psychosis crawler, or off making okaun hard to block, like whispersilk cloak. Can't wait to try them out :D
Since we're already running Frenetic Efreet... It's not a bad idea to add Wandering Fumarole and Crackdown Construct. Gives us another creature that can get crazy big off the efreet's ability activations.

Blue, when associated with red for the most part, embraces the chaos in a very similar way. If you’re looking for a good blue creature for chaos, I wouldn’t look further than Braids, conjurer adept.
Hive mind could be used as a great win con here, use with red and blue pact's. Also, casting final fortune with sundial of the infinite is a hilarious way to kill off all your opponents.
