i go back and watch these from time to time while I'm working on things because i like to hear noise in the background, and i must say i really miss these two because they are sooo dynamic together and you can just tell they are good friends and just having a good time together, while i also really like Parnell and the gang because they are also really cool people and play a good game, these two just make you want to grab your buds and play for fun and have a good time like them, wish them the best.

35:06. little-used ruling on howling mine. McDarby DOESN'T get to draw off the mine because it's tapped :p in any case awesome games as usual guys! keep em up! :)

Great game! Fun as ever! 3rd game David is talking about Howling Mine and drawing only 1 card per turn, I think it happens like a couple of times, one of which he's using Sylvan Library and paying 8 life, and forgets to draw an extra due to the mine, but I wouldn't add that to the cheating count, more like the self-sabotage count! XD

The "are you still done" thing at 8:18 is funny because of the way it sounds but it's actually applicable. David was right to pass priority once more after Steam Augury even though he had already passed priority before it was cast. He would still have an opportunity to play something if relevant.

Game 3 (I can't believie I'm actually doing this...) Divining Top - Drawn: 4 Times (first on turn 3) Played first: Turn 3 Activations: 4 Spins 3 Taps Casts during the game: 4 Also during the game I thought making howling mine a creature and attacking was smart because McDarby wouldn't draw when it was tapped... Thanks for the games anyway I still really enjoy them. (also I'm making this post at 4am after watching world cup matches don't judge me :P)

Danny, there's a few tricks you could have done to keep yourself in game 2 with top. First, use the draw to get the spell you need and then put it on top of your library to get the land. Game 3 you were screwed without drawing a land so you might as well take advantage of top mine top draw top and if needed tap the top to get that land. In casual play I just explain do it once while doing it - and every time after that I look at the top three, pick one and put it in my hand, if I don't like everything I tap an extra mana and look at the next card and arrange them as needed.

Same here. Honestly, if I tuned it right, I only need 3 to 4 dragons to break the game. But it's a dragon edh! Come ON! If you're not gonna use edh as an excuse to load up with dragons, then why ate you playing a format called Elder DRAGON Highlander?!

Its interesting seeing how diferent scion decks can be, mine simply makes use of the conspiracy enchantment and several diferent dragons to basically ensure the scions survival, its simply made to be flexible, well that and dragon tyrant's 1-hit commander kill

um how do you play scion of ur dragon with skyshroud claim and not have the full color set of forest duals or at least shocks? there are 5 good counterspells that can be grabbed by sunforger granted suffocating blast being a removal spell is great but in a 5 color deck with sunforger you could have also run absorb, counterflux, render silent, or punish ignorance as unconditional hard counters with various upsides?

+Eric Henderson commander is a format where you build what you want and play it how you want. having a deck where every card begins with the letter "s" is how he wanted to do. that being said there are a few "s" cards that he could use. for instance he says "there are no forests that are also mountains that I can use in this deck," when there is stomping ground.

he was being sarcastic, it was a joke about commander damage. But Sydri is very good. You can turn your big artifacts like Darksteel forge into beat sticks. with liquidmetal coating you can animate peoples lands and have them die to having 0 toughness. There are also some fun infinite combos with her.

Why in god's name do you play homeward path in Sen Triplets? =P Seems like you'd want to keep the cards you have stolen and if someone takes your turn with a full field of their creatures on your board and you will be sad panda.
