(Jeremy) Wheel of randomness, turn, turn, turn. Tell us the lessons that we should learn. We spun the wheel last week to get two cards each to build around. What kind of decks did we come up with, and how mad will Wes get?

This series should be called Wes Vs.

Innistrad Tribal theme would be nice Zombies vs Vampires vs Spirits vs Humans(Possibly Werewolfs but they lack a commander atm and lack support compared to the other tribes)

They should do block decks. Choose a block, all cards in the deck must have been printed in that blocked

First of all, Stephen Green, I would like to thank you for using my snake tribal theme with Pharika a while back. For the Finale, I propose the following: Justin: I know how much you love Maren, but you've already used her this season, so you'll be using the SECOND best female Golgari commander in Glissa the Traitor. Use her artifact synergies to gain advantage and her first strike deathtouch to intimidate your opponents. Stephen: You should play Borborygmos Enraged so when you're done casting your lands as mana, you can cast them as "Lightning Bolts" with the ability. For added fun, randomly yell "Borborygmos Smash" as a Hulk reference. (REQUIRED IF YOU WIN) Wes: Giving you a blue deck would be too easy, so you will be piloting Karn Silver Golem in artifact/colorless goodstuff/tribal. Jeremy: You will be playing Brago, King Eternal. You may either choose to play a blink oriented plan or a mana rock + stax effect deck. Either way, your deck must contain Arcane Laboratory/Rule of Law + Knowledge Pool combo. Before casting you must say as follows "You know what I value more than material possessions? KNOWLEDGE!" For the most part, you all have creative freedom on what you can or cannot include in your decks. Have fun and if one or all of these decks are chosen that would be fantastic! Your Biggest Fan, Dave

Great game! I loved how hard Wes came back for a little while... But good job to everyone, it was interesting to see you guys have to build off of cards that may have been outside of your comfort level.

I'd love to see everybody bring in their own personal EDH decks for the finale; the ones they play around the kitchen table at home.

honestly, best mtg video series out there. no contest. the chemistry is good. the decks are fun and none of the infinite combo craps. love it love it love it. but West. man. why didn't you ultimate the liliana? you would have have all the mana in the world with the emblem. then you can decree of pain to gain all those life b/c you have that vampire that gain life when ur opponents' creatures die. then you can draw even more cards with Erabos. it baffled me that you -3 her to kill yisan and you wift on the life gain anyway.

For the finale, I would like to see THIS theme again. Picking random-ish cards and build around them is interesting.

Love the videos guys, I always look forward to watching them every Wednesday along with getting to read the Magic Story. Wednesday is a good day to like mtg. I know you may have done something similar to this, but I'd really like to see what your personal edh decks look like. It's a ton of fun to see what you guys come up with each week, but it be interesting to see you guys all pilot your favorite deck or one with your favorite general or something akin to that. Edh is in my opinion the most social, creative, and expressive format so it'd be fun to watch your guys preferred play styles interact. Just a thought from a long time fan. Thanks again for the quality vids, you guys never fail to deliver an entertaining game.

Would love to see everyone play a deck based on the four planes that have been returned to. Players could only use cards from the one plane, e.g. Justin would play Mirrodin cards, Stephen's deck would be all from Zendikar , Wes could pilot a Ravnican deck and Jeremy's deck would be based around Innistrad. #chestache

What I'd like to see for the finale is for each person to choose a commander they want a specific person to play (idk how they choose the order) and then that person has to build a deck around that commander. However, if the deck of the person who built the deck wins, they get the same points for first place as the actual winner. (To deter someone from assigning trash commanders)

Season 3 Finale suggestion: Everyone plays their favorite color pair and builds the strongest deck they can based on the aspects of those colors they love.

All cards (outside of basic lands) are from the same block. This applies to all decks put together. This is limiting, but still potentially fun because of all the fun blocks in the game. I was thinking Theros, Kamigawa, or Tarkir for the actual block.

I want Stephen Green to play Xenagos, God of Revels and just smash everyone's face in. :D

Dear Wes, at 1:03:25 ultimate Lilly. Cast decree sangromancer then nykthos for decree of pain, gain 54 life, draw 18 cards and still have 12 mana for the turn. It could have been epic!

Honestly, great games; really representative of the average jank commander decks that show up in my local meta. Loved the dumb buff plays from the arjun deck, and I'm really sad Kangee didn't go anywhere.

God Wes, I don't understand why you didn't pop Liliana, and Ob Nixilis. They wouldn't have been able to do anything about it, and you could've steamrolled them so easily. Bad plays.

If Justin wants a sweet commander to build around, I'd like him to play Mikaeus the Unhallowed. Go Zombie deck! I'm working on a deck featuring him right now, and the theme (zombies don't die!!!) is so fun to play. Also, please convince Star City Games to make the Commander Versus playmats available for purchase. If they do, I'm definitely going to be one of the first to get one. Great video this week, guys. Pretty sure two Psychosis Crawler triggers were missed around 42:00; both draws from Arjun were counted, but not the draw two from Mystic Confluence unless I'm missing something. Love the Yisan deck! Would love to see the Spellshaper Legends in a Commander Versus vid one day.

i would really enjoy seeing Stephen Green play mono-blue talrand control. its some thing ive never seen him play let alone play blue at all.

Around the 49:00 mark, all of wes' land should have been tapped. He played pox with 6 lands out, sacced 2 for pox, then only tapped nykthos and the mind stone for nykthos cost, and played ob nixilis. That was a pretty big cheat that lets him draw a card off of erebos when he shouldn't have been able to. It looked intentional but you can never be sure. Just thought i'd point it out.

I would love to see Justin play Nekusar, the Mindrazer; Green with Roon of the Hidden Relm; Wes with Sig River Cut throat and Jeremy with Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker. Would love to see to see this work out. I am trying to make decks with Nekusar and Roon so to see what you guys could make would make things so much easier. You all are amazing and I love what you guys do and I enjoy watching you guys. You guys help me with my decks and with my entertainment needs. i don't know if it would be possible for this season, but maybe for a future finale you guys could play fan-submitted decks (entire lists, not just submitted themes/commanders). something like let people submit their lists a little bit in advance and have the players pick their favorite interesting deck idea from the submissions (obviously not including direct copies of previously played decks on the series, or decks that are so incredibly expensive that only the wealthiest players could afford it). i dont know about your other viewers, but i know that as a viewer, i would feel amazing seeing my own deck or a deck built by someone i may know being played and acknowledged

Love this series guys, It's very entertaining to watch! You could try settling for different themes; maybe a maze's end deck, or a deck with all 15 gods?

Loved all the videos up to date, but a little sad that some of my favorites havent seen play yet. in the finale id love to see jeremy play nekusar, wes to play a big mana lorthos the tidemaker deck, stephen to play kamahl fist of krosa, and justin to play a tasigur reanimator value deck. But regardless, I just want to see a good game and lots of fun shenanigans between you four as every week i look forward to the next commander versus video! KEEP IT UP!!!!!

Randomonium is by far my favorite theme of yours. I love the excitement of the deck creator and the surprise of the player, how it gives an opportunity for the jankiest of decks, and how it plays differently than every other video. With that in mind, I also love this format. It creates both a challenge and multiple themes, so not everyone has similar ideas. I really hope to see this again next season, alongside the Randomonium. As an aside, though, I think the points system could still use reworking. Docking a point for 40 second searches still seems harsh. I've never thought that 45 seconds was too much of a time committal for me, especially since everyone is still talking. However, I've felt that the strict time limit has made matches worse because a player ended up picking a suboptimal card. I think a full minute would be much more fair. Also, players should only get one point per match for saving someone. I love the saving plays, but it's skewing the results because it's being abused.

The theme I'd like is "The Snubbed Club" Every new set or Commander release, you guys do a video with the new legends, but there's always like one that never gets the love. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking: Jori En, Ruin Diver vs Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas vs Nahiri the Lithomancer vs Anafenza the Foremost I believe those are the ones that were left out in those particular games. Obviously, I skipped over sets where the legend left out isn't a playable Commander, such as Dragonlord Kolaghan.

I would like to see some powerful commanders! I think these would fit you guys: Justin: Dranlu, Lich Lord or Chainer, Dementia Master Wes: Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir or Vendilon Clique Stephen: Adun Oakenshield or Thraximundar Jeremy: Doran the Siege Tower or Angus Mackenzie

For the season finale, Onslaught-block Commanders: Ixidor, Reality Sculptor: Wes Akroma, Angel of Wrath: Jeremy Phage, the Untouchable: Justin Kamahl, Fist of Krosa: Stephen You guys are free to build the decks however you like, but bonus points would be awarded to the person whose deck is the most on-flavor. For example, while Omnath, Locus of Mana would strictly be better, Stephen would be on-flavor if he played Upwelling instead since it depicts Kamahl in the art and flavor text. The easiest way to get flavor would probably be to play some kind of creature tribal in each deck, as Onslaught was all about that. If you wanted to further spice it up, you could play 2v2, with Kamahl and Phage vs. Akroma and Ixidor.

For the finale I think a Ravnica commander game would be fun and i think there are some cool guild leaders that suit you guys. For the commanders I think Jeremy should use either version of Isperia either Isperia the Inscrutable or Isperia, Supreme Judge. I Would like to see Stephen play either version of Borborygmos since I like seeing him play green. I think Wes could play either Momir Vig, Simic Visionary or either version of Niv-Mizzet so he can play Cryptic Command. Finally for justin I would really like to see him try to make either a Rakdos, Lord of Riots or Lazav, Dimir Mastermind. Hope you guys read this and maybe use one im a big fan so I always love to watch the video each week. I appreciate the work you guys put in to make these video great.

My suggestion is a theme of noncombat damage wins only. You can only win via cards like Felidar Sovereign or damage like Borb Enraged. A deck I would suggest for this that has been fun for me is Grenzo, Dungeon Warden using Purphoros and 40 Shadowborn Apostles with some demons and Impact Tremors. Thanks guys! love the videos.

Four different commanders that would be fun to see would be Vela the Night-Clad, Grenzo Dungeon Warden, Ruhan of the Fomori, and Doran the Siege Tower. They're all a bit weird in how they play and it'd be interesting to see how these guys would play with them.

For the season finale, a theme of 4 spellslinger decks would be fun. Each deck would have a different color combination. The 3 easy commanders would be Worth, the Raidmother; Dralnu Lich Lord; and pretty much any Izzet commander that interacts with instants or sorceries. The fourth commander I guess could be Narset cuz she could be built with little to no creatures

I want you guys to build decks thematically based on famous books/authors you like (ex: Lovecraft for some horrors and krakens, Steinbeck's of Mice and Men for some tragedy of the American dream during the dustbowl and dreaming of a happier tomorrow , Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes with a clue deck, etc). Having discovered that Stephen Green is a literary buff I would love to see what kind of sweet themes he could create. This is my own personal way of making commander decks (I particularly liked the movie theme episode and have my own Sen Triplets brave new world deck concept). Cheers from your Canadian fan!

I would love more movie themed decks. I have been building Niv Mizzet Back to the Future, where the "combo" is the enchantment that changes the colors mentioned on permanents, pyromancer's goggles, and take extra turns spells

Hey guys, long time watcher and first time commenter. I'd love to see one of you play a commander deck based on Polymorph and other similar effects. I currently run a Derevi, empyreal tactician Polymorph deck and have lots of fun with it while still being fair and competitive in my circle. So please some one from the commander Vs. team look into this option!!!! I feel this might be a Steven green type of deck if you include the green option, but more likely Wes Wise as he could use cryptic command. Having Jeremy join us part way through the season I don't really have much in the way of thoughts for him. As to Parnell, you should run Riku with seedborn muse and X as it seems like silliness you could make work.

I want to see Justin play mono black enchantments with all the good stuff (token creation, Grave Pact, Phyrexian Arena, etc). I think it's more interesting when they play decks they personally enjoy to both pilot and build.

Skullbriar, the Walking Grave would be a great commander to see one of the guys play.

I've joked with my friends with an idea and wanted to suggest/ask commenters or the folks at SCG if this sounds cool. Instead of a Legendary Creature, have a sorcery as your "commander". It's a random idea. Some restrictions I thought would help: No time walking "commanders", no Phyrexian mana in cost... Maybe a minimum cost. Idk. Just a thought. The spell I first thought of was Tooth and Nail for a one or two time cast. My friends thought maybe Serum Visions/Preordain but remember, it would cost (2) more to cast each time. Idk.
