When I was child I always dreamt of being a soldier.and used to Spill 3-4 buckets of Water in a plot next to our house which had A Dug out area and Roll down and crawl on hands as the soldiers do ❤️ Such a great thing to be a soldier.
My daily workout 5km run 15 min rope skipping 30 pull ups 100 push ups 20 mins for abdominal workout 20 min stretch and relax 5:30 to 7:30 every morning 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
