But sometimes other people wouldn't understand they will judge u if u are with friends or anyone who can understand its ok but if u are at any business meeting or interview u have to show how calm and control u are so u don't show other businessmen or interviewer that u are weak and yes i do understand that we are imperfect we will show emotions but in certain place u cannot show ur imperfections or else u will taken advantage of it in certain situations or they will judge u no matter what 😌
The more you try to learn body posture and expression the more you become self conscious and self aware and you start losing confidence which will be visible in body language It's better to just be relax and be your real honest self confidence will come automatically

No it's not same for everyone , for some girls they get their periods exact day of last time(so rare ), for some girls they get 1 to 5 days late or 1 to 5 days fast , for some people they won't even can istimate when their periods will come , it's all about the hormones , simply for me it changes every month
Maybe the impression or gestures (conveying different body languages/ signals) change for from time to time. "Ladies don't cross their legs" ....most comman sentence to listen in grooming classes. Then there is clarification or denial ...."of course they do if they are wearing pants or knee length skirts". So to cross legs or not is the option or question!?!....But you whatever circumstances you should be comfortable wherever you are and whatever you are wearing, above all most important is be Confident and Comfortable whatever Position and Posture you adapt!! P:S: Sitting in a position which is not comfortable may make you look nervous or conscious.

Im an interview they made me wait 20 minutes! At that point I didn’t even want that job anymore. So I went to the bathroom to make them wait for me. 😊 They didn’t have anything prepared and didn’t ask me if I had any questions for them because I did.

Just be calm. That's the trick. Body language come from the state of someone's mental situation in the given moment. If you control your emotions and stay calm, your body language will inevitably be better.
