In early August, I had a chance to film a beautiful home in McAlester, OK. The property presented some challenges when shooting aerial footage, but has some amazing features that turned out to make for some beautiful images.
Thanks for sharing. I had the same issue you had with my Mini. It comes from not storing the props properly in the case and the props get bent. It may not even be visible to your eye. I swapped them out with one ones on the motor that was affected and never had the issue again. I’m careful how I store it now. Just curious what you charge. I’m part 107 certified and just started to do some shoots for real estate clients. I charge $150 flat for however many pics and videos I can take during a 45 minute or so session. Any video editing to make it into a presentable video I charge an additional $150 an hour rate. So far all they’ve wanted are the pics and the individual clips. Would love to hear your rates and terms for comparison. Hope I’m doing it right and not shortchanging myself or over charging. Thanks.
Absolutely! There are a lot of great free resources online that can help prepare you for the Part 107 exam. The exam itself is around $150 I believe and there is usually a small fee the testing site charges depending on where you’re located.
