what happened here in florida is they send a bunch of pencil pushers out with 50 yards of gill nets that have never used one in their lives to try and see how much fish they can catch and when they don't get any they tell everyone that the commercial fishers have caught and wiped out the fish! if they want a real count they need to go with someone who knows how to fish,then they will get a real count on how many fish are out there!
