The hands can be used,just add some ice cubes inside the bowl where the milk will be poured into so as to reduce the fermentation process,hence, it won't get spoilt quickly. Nice environment you've got.welldone

Lovely video, the only issue I have with it is that you could have easily mentioned the weight of the ingredients instead of saying that they are in the description box. You check the description box and there is nothing like that there.

Very nice recipe, thanks. I also avoid squeezing my nut bag. lol What I do is place the bag in a wide strainer, and press it down with the back of a large spoon 🙂

Soak it for maximum of 8 hrs not more than that because if it ferments, it will spoil

The problem is not exactly the tigernut but heat. Before you go to grind, ensure you have iced blocks. Immediately u grind, drop the blocks in to keep it from fermenting. She said cold water, but I advice iced blocks and drop them in the freezer directly after sieving

😢😢weh ashai sweetie I will advice you used ice blocks like pure water ice immediately after grinding drop one in the grind paste and one in the other container you are sieving inside. Immediately after sieving put in the fridge. Enjoy your drink ❤
