I have been watching a lot of Zobo videos for commercial no one says the truth when it comes to sweeteners they all say they use dates and dates are very expensive to use for commercial. Today is my first time of making zobo and with this video it was easy and superb, thank you and God bless you. but I put the whole pot in a big freezer as it was late to can them and I didn't put preservative nor sugar just fruits as stated here, I don't know if I should add honey to sweeten it more since I didn't add enough dates Thank you.
