Awesome! Glad the video was helpful! Probably around 310 or so. It really depends on the brand of plastisol and what you add into it (salt, powdered, etc). Ultimately you’ll need to play around with it. You’ll know you got it right when you see the results from the baits.

I don’t remember the specific temperature. I just try to make sure the two different colors have a similar consistency

I don’t take the temp when i remelt. I just get it hot enough that it’s liquid and flows through the injectors easily

The boat is awesome. Speed in the boat is very close to a 20’ with a 250. The zx225 is 19’11 so it basically 20’.

I don’t feel like it limits me in anyway

The venting may not be good enough, the plastisol may not be hot enough. Some people add a vent to the tail of the mold to assist with an issue like this.
