Thanks Bud... your words and expressions are much appreciated and recognized by many of us.... newfoundland has unfortunately been ignored and misrepresented by the media in all issues related to the sea,,,,, from its military obligations amid British Colonial rule with deaths of its men at Battle of Somme to the tragedy of the Cod fishing and foreign trawlers robbing Cod within the 200 mile limits and the loss of a disproportionate number of men in WW11 . These songs bring up the reality which has been delibersately ignored,,,Thanks again to all the people particating in this song expression !
