This has to be the most satisfying EU4 run I've ever seen. The buffs to AE, the powerful armies, the amazing heirs, the fast blobbing, all the tag switching. It has it all, its perfect! I keep editing this comment because the video just doesn't stop! XD Holy Roman Emperor as Rome and all of Italy being Roman culture! Seriously the best and most fun EU4 video ever! Thank you Jay for what you do. Keep it up!
The way he took Italy was so good because (though a few hundred years early) that is the exact way Italy United, from a small nation in the north west with the final piece around Rome.
@@maelys8851 Italian ideas are marginally better, though. More ICA and CCC reduction. Plus AE impact is replaced by improve relations, which makes AE decay faster anyway.
My first (and only) time I got the Mare Nostrum Achievement was as Saluzzo. Probably my favorite OPM in the game. Funny part was I only intended it to be a casual game but then I formed Italy in the mid 1500s and realized I could probably go for Mare Nostrum as well.
yo, I wanna see you try dithmarschen, if you abuse culture swapping to become Hanover then Prussia you can become potentially become republican Prussia, or a monarchy with a PU over GB, and you get an extra 5% admin efficiency and 20% goods produced from starting with dithmarschen's mission tree, Prussia also gets 5%, and then you can become Austria to get another 5%, finally becoming Germany for another 10%. 20% from tech, 30% from absolutism, 75% admin efficiency, plus diplo ideas == full annex France in one war
Get Justified Wars during the Age of Discovery (it's temporary though), start as Saluzzo, get Influence ideas (IIRC), become Curia Controller, get a lot of prestige, complete a certain mission from the mission tree (I don't remember which, but it's shown in the video) As you can see, it's a bit hard to get to 90%, and even then it'll be temporary
man my next campaign after mongol horde was going to be a modded campaign in my idea, but man you made me realize i never did a max province war cost/ae reduction game
Обожнюю твої відео! Завжди дивуюся від твоїх завоювань, але кожного разу, коли хочу повторити їх, мене зупиняє overextension. Я вже навчився уникати коаліцій, але захопити світ не встигаю за відведений час
how come does the run seem so convenient and fake at the perfect moment? like getting the low chance of renaissance and the becoming pope right before a huge war. getting that legitemacy right when you needed to be exactly above a crisis. It just feels all doctored when this all happened in the first minute just pure RNG
The reason the Knights were revolting in the beginning was because historically the Knights were given land by the French and Savoyen kings. They didn’t just control Malta and Rhodes.
@@FunnyNameKEKW I assumed you meant something else. I took spy ideas then administrative and quality ideas but instead of quality it is better to take diplomacy ideas
