Pretty plant, but not too fun when it becomes invasive. We have a Sitka Valerian as a native plant here in our mountains!! 👌👍👍 Thanks for all the great info Brenda!! 😄
Nice looking plant with sweet little flowers. Seems like so many plants are invasive - they get you with their pretty flowers and before you know it, they've taken over the yard ;) I have heard of it medicinally but never used it, so at least it's good in that respect... The past two years some place we frequent have been taken over by invasives,, so devastating!! WE have both tried Valerian ROot for insomnia,, works for Chris but didnt help me! Have a great day,,, ,going to be hot! Thanks Cathy

That’s a good way of thinking. Had some poison ivy coming from neighbors yard. Thank goodness it didn’t go crazy. Thanks goutweed and valerian. Gosh I want it gone. The woodchuck eats the new shoots. Eat it all please!!
