Nice! No actual time limit for import car to Estonia? Like US only 25 years old car can be imported.

No, no limitations at all but the main hurdle is getting a type approval when the car has never been produced to the European market. Basically exactly the same judicial hurdle as what stops importing newer than 25 year old cars into US (compliancy with safety, emissions etc. rules) but here it is sufficient when the manufacturer (the dealer) gives you a certificate of compliance and that will satisfy the DMV. Cars produced 1997 or eariler never required it but it is now over 25 years ago anyway. In spring 2015 I registered a JDM Evo IV and that was super easy - just change the headlights and add a fog light to the correct position in the back was all that was needed.
