Comparing a pre-stitched to a hand-stitched Adidas Jersey

During a recent unboxing, I had an idea. As I then had a pre-stitched Adidas Bruins Jersey in my hand, why not compare it to my hand-stitched version from coolhockey. Well, here is what came out.

Very informative! Fun fact: The Bruins on-ice jerseys are actually only a single layer of sublimated twill. At Custom Crafted in Boston, the official team customizer, stitches the yellow layer as if it were a 2nd layer before they put it on. Coolhockey should have done that as well, but the single layer is actually correct believe it or not.

I got my first hand stitched from Cool Hockey earlier this year. And then the player was traded. But I don't care. I still like it.

I have a few hand stitched jerseys one by cool hockey and one by the Calgary Flames team store along with the Winnipeg Jets. I had 3 done by my guy cookie stitch jerseys and 4 more he is doing for me and now a San Jose adidas 3rd black one done by eastside stitched jerseys. But the other 35 I want done will be done by cookie stitch jerseys as long as he keeps doing them. I prefer hand stitched jerseys if I want them done.

What's it like when you wash a cool hockey hand stitched I'm afraid to wash mine

With all my jerseys, there were no problems at all with washing them. Use a slow program like for wool or a Cold wash, should not harm the jersey. But no dryer Please!! And no softener!!

Wow sir u have all Boston Bruins huh don't like them and Boston fans in general them and Philly fans are the worst but I will say that u look good in that Bruins Adidas away jersey where did u get that one from I know it's hard and rare to find, also nice video doing a compared of a pre-stitched Adidas jersey to a hand-stitched Adidas jersey also where did u get that Adidas Ducks Miller home hand-stitched jersey from

I think I have the Boston road jersey from coolhockey. It's not as rare as some other road jerseys like the Islanders of devils. BenH has them, too. The ducks home is from coolhockey as well

That's right. That was about the Boston road jersey, these were available from BenH.

@@cycopunk7778 Well BenH didn't had the Adidas Islanders away jersey or the Adidas Devils away jersey but I would want to thank again for the hookup and helping me out getting the Adidas Devils away jersey from the NHL International Shop and got the Adidas Islanders away jersey from the Islanders Pro Shop At Northwell Health Ice Center that I had to find

You can wash a pre-stitched jersey. No softener, no dryer and best is cold wash. The numbers can wrinkle over time, has not happened to this jersey yet, i washed it about 4 or 5 times

So the pre stitched is still stitched on not just ironed correct? Just not as many layers? Thanks

With Adidas Jerseys, yes. The number of layers depends on the Team. Eg Anaheim has 3, Toronto just 1

Do you have to ask cool hockey to hand stitch the jersey? Or will they just do it no matter what jersey you order? Does it cost extra to get it hand stitched?

They offer blank jerseys, it's an extra cost for pre-stitched Customizing, and an additional cost for hand-stitched Customizing. On their Homepage it's pretty easy to see. Coolhockey.com

Am not sure 🤔 of last comment because both of theses jersey crap stitching 🧵 the stitch version is just one twill stitch the hand stitch version is low quality because that’s hand stitch version is post be 2 to 3 twill lair of stitching so that last jersey u have their is top jersey it’s an old school version wen hockey jersey wear king an today jersey is a piece of sh***** t
