I think Bobrovsky is considered elite b/c he makes these spectacular saves that Shesterkin could not. And the reason is Shesty would never be so out of place that he must make a spectacular move. I notice that Bob over-positions and over-corrects to make a save. I think the Rangers scouting report must know this, and will develop a game plan against it. Not to knock on Bob, if it works for Bob, more power to him. I definitely like watching his heroics. It will be an exciting series. Good luck to both teams, but go Rangers.

Regular season results don't mean anything. I am a Ranger fan and will try to give an honest assessment of both teams. Florida has the edge at even strength. Rangers have the edge in special teams. Goaltending is a very slight edge for the Rangers. Team speed is even. Florida has a slight edge in team defense. Both teams are intense and neither will be intimidated. If the Rangers don't play better at even strength in every game, it will be very difficult for their special teams to bail them out. I give slight edge to the Panthers. I hope the Rangers will prove I'm wrong!

Zib and Kreider are also really good defensively, I mean we have 3 short-handed goals cuz of them and I feel like you only talked about how good FL's top line is defensively but Zib and Kreider are top NHL Fwd defensive players.

I believe I said their good defensively too and yeah we've scored a few shorthanded goals but in this video I was only talking about 5on5 really with these players with their normal lines.

Bob has played against Tampa and Boston that have ELITE PP. His numbers aren't going to be as nice as a tendy that played against Washington and Carolina.

Playing at MSG is panthers advantage. They thrive on the road. Goaltending also panthers advantage. Igor’s 5 hole is so loose even Laffy got a poke into it.

Who has Shesterkin really faced though? The first round was a stat pad and the Hurricanes are not as good as the Bruins. Bob has had a harder path and he has been to the finals, has Sheshterkin?!?

i won’t deny that Shesterkin has been the better goalie but those stats are a bit misleading for Bob, no? the Panthers have barely allowed any shots on goal, so why would Bob’s ‘Goals Saved Above Expected’ be high? he’s made the big saves when he’s needed to, i won’t call that elite but i’ll call that very good

The Predators on average per game allowed 3.9 less shots in the playoffs than the Panthers so the stats aren't misleading I explained this in a video the other day. Bobrovsky also has 5 more games played but has 0.9 less goals saved above expected and it's a stat where the more games you play the more you can up those numbers.

Roslovic has produced quite well and I think having Chytil on the 3rd whose a better player than Jack should really help the overall scoring depth

I disagree I think I explained it pretty well on why the top 6 is slightly in favour of the Panthers. Bottom 6 with adding Chytil and moving Cuylle to the 4th I think provides some great depth. Fox hasn't played near 100% so far and Forsling/Ekblad have been good. Trouba can be a liability at times.
