Dear Community I would already like to express my heartfelt thanks for the many comments - including critical ones. Really awesome. I have deliberately not answered any comments so far. I believe that your comments should stand for themselves (and hopefully also be read by Skoda). I read them all and am always amazed at the length and content. This is simply brilliant and feels like a unique selling point here on this channel. Thanks again for that! Your Matthias Speicher

Excellent video. But really sad to see that Skoda is too dumb to make the cockpit display bigger and better. It is way too small and the fact that the driver is not allowed to select the contents of the view is idiotic. Why would I want to see "navigation information" on the cockpit display if my applecarplay is on the big screen. Either applecarplay can jump on to the cockpit display or I need to be allowed to remove everyting but speed and battery life info from the screen.

I work with IT and software development and even though I did expect problems I never expected this unprofessional way of ignoring customers who paid for expensive cars just to find out that nothing they promised was actually delivered. Please keep up the good work on your channel and maybe some day they listen and learn. Not sure how long I will keep mine cause I have critical safety issues that it seems they cannot fix and again I’m left with problems now for 2,5 year. Also not sure if I will ever trust a brand that does not deliver like in our case. If at least they communicated just a bit it would help a lot. Not just pretending creating EV lounge Facebook group just to make us wait again. This is not ok!

My 60 was delivered with 3.0, it starts up within 10 seconds, does everything smoothly and never fails. The difference between older cars? Hardware hardware hardware… the problem for me is that the earlier cars are now ignored (a lot of customers) because there is NO COMMUNICATION to existing customers. There was once, and it came in the form of Stepan. Took his job very seriously at Skoda but he works for Volkswagen now, but at least there was good communication. If Skoda reads this: We don’t want updates every few weeks, we want 1 or 2 per year (not even OTA, perhaps only when the car is in for inspection) containing updates you get from customer feedback. You won’t come very far focusing only on new car sales, if you keep going this way, you will lose a loyal customer base and you WILL become irrelevant. I love my Enyaq and I can drive around preheating and it works for me, but for the biggest percentage of owners, this is not the reality.

Hello Matthias, that couldn't be better said, my sincere admiration for the way you do it👍👍. The fact that our 9-month-old Enyaq with software 3.2 is already outdated in terms of the software is a punch in the gut and also a real financial devaluation. As a cash buyer, I believed the statements from VW and Skoda that there would be frequent software updates. That was my mistake. I would never have dreamed that the early adaptors would be left hanging so badly by Skoda. That's the reason why I won't be buying a Skoda in future or recommending other people to do so.

Great video as always, Mathias. I’m in the same pain as you. Bought an ENYAQ in June 2021. Had it updated to SW 3.0 in August 2022 and that’s about it. No new features since that, no bug fixing, no communication from Skoda. Hurts to say this: The car was great when it launched. But with no regularly updates and no information what so ever, I won’t dare buying a Skoda EV again. They failed on all the first movers and didn’t look back. What a shame. We could have been Skoda’s very best ENYAQ ambassadors in a lot of countries around Europe. All the best from Denmark, Marco

Hello Matthias, thanks for the effort into presenting. This video made me really sad. As I received my enyaq 80x 3 month ago with sw 3.5, I'm quite disappointed to learn that there is no sw update on the pipeline. When I ordered the car back in December 2022, I studied a lot and really trusted Skoda that there will be ~2 updates per year. I was convinced that they will solve everything in 1-2 years. Did not expect that they would solve all issues with another car and leave us behind. To be honest, the only sw change that I really want is battery reconditioning. The rest are just nice to have and I don't care about Laura, widgets and other stuff.

I bought my Skoda Enyaq August 2022 and by now I believe it was my worst mistake because of all that you mentioned in this video. I have a 1.5 year old car and I am already thinking it is outdated. This would never happen with a Tesla. But at the time I bought it same version of model Y was 10K more expensive, now I would definitely go for a Tesla.

Thank you for the comparison! We have given up on our iV80. One can simply admit that one made a serious mistake to buy a BEV from VW group. If the loss per month would not be >1700€ we would have sold it already a while ago. Our trust in the car with all the software bugs we have is zero. In short, no matter what they will bring in the future no VW group BEV will be purchased. I didn't buy a VW group car for 36 years because Audi screwed up and as soon as I thought that they learned a bit I got an even worse piece of crap. No, we don't believe that we will get updates from 3.0 into something more stable, customer care in that company is non existent. At least I have prevented 16 purchases in the last 12 months and my nephew was similarly successful.

Superb video! I was considering buying a 2023 Coupe with old software but im not interested in that now. Skoda is leaving their customers behind. Even a Telsa from 201x gets all the new possible software updates. Its simply not clever!

You have made a very pertinent point about the updates. Skoda should indeed continue to support the owners of the 2022 model year cars and as you said, if they can’t resolve the software issues then they should offer all the previous owners an enhanced trade in option to thank them for their role in developing their vehicle operating systems. A great review thanks 👍🏻

Excellent and balanced video Matthias. 👍 You have expressed my thoughts exactly! Being an IT guy I guess the difference in performance you showed is because of the newer Infotainment hardware and not so much because of the software. Comments coming from drivers of a more recent 3.0 Enyaq also talk about quicker response times. Several 4.0 functions can also be implemented in 3.x Not only the UI updates but battery preconditioning also. It’s already used in 3.0! In one of your previous videos you showed that the battery is heated slightly when you start charging at an HPC with in very cold conditions. I also see it on my Carscanner in these conditions. So, why not solve the biggest software issue by expanding that to full preconditioning? The hardware is there and working. Skoda is shooting itself in the foot by totally neglecting their current Enyaq base. It will save cost, but as many comments say, if you break promises, ignore existing customers and don’t develop your car, why would a buy a new car from you? I will certainly not. Next month my 2022 Enyaq wil be in the garage for the 5th time to fix issues caused by malfunctioning software.

Hello Matthias, your video exactly puts the finger on the right spot. Luckily my iV80 from 10-2021 is leased via my employer. However, I encountered many issues which I never had before with any car. Long delivery time (9 months which is even not that long compared to others), battery cell defect (car was 1 month at the dealer), and issues with software update from 2.4 to 3.0 (took dealer 3 days to get it done). Biggest issue is software. Unfortunately nowadays it a challenge to deliver a product free of bugs. In this case this should be fixed by software patches/updates. The biggest bother to me is the lack of communication and even competence (all news/tweaks I have to learn from i.e this channel or Facebook channels). Dealer which is your first contact is not giving any trust or information. Stephan Renak communicated an 3.1 OTA already last year to be delivered Q2-2023 but nothing happened but most frustation is why it did not come or whether it will come. My specific concerns is why the UI performance of MY2024 model is so much faster (is this hardware or only software?). Heating of the battery is triggered by DC-charger, why is this not possible manually (hardware or software issue)? Further I sometimes have a glitch in the exit screen for bi-directional charging (no news on that even what are the challenges for the 3.0 models). Last of the frustration is the app which seems not possible to get this right, which includes stability of their servers (I am using 3rd party apps like Tronity and Evee, which have many message of server downtime). Planned charging especially programmed/controlled remotely is not trustworthy. For the model, ergonomics and space I would certainly recommend to have this car, however for software this is other issue. Allthough a lot of people complain about the hardware Tesla is the prime example how to develop and maintain software. Other is i.e Apple which keep old products also updated for long time (noted they are not a car manufacturer). My final thoughts: they have to improve and re-earn their trust to their customers or many will switch from old school European to the new Chinese cars. I am afraid it is already too late to turn this trend.

I am in total agreement with your review. I bought 2021 Octavia and the software is rubbish. No upgrades to improve the system. The car has now been sold. Skoda don’t care. They only care about selling the car and not about caring for the customer.

I am most upset by the lack of preheating capability. I paid 500 EUR for 100 kW charging (instead of the standard 50 kW) but never reach this speed in colder temperatures (regardless of the SOC) because the battery is too cold. The fact that Skoda did not even care to put a manual pre-heat option in the car in a software update, makes me never want to buy a Skoda (or VAG) car again.

As an owner of a 2023 RS, you are right, huge slap in the face. Coming from 20 years with BMW, I have never had a car with this much software issues, settings resetting by them selves, a useless app, systems not working properly like the HVAC I certainly feel like a beta tester. Then top it off with wheel alignment issues and abnormally worn tires, funny noises when you make sharp turns in the wet and some pulsating sound from under the dashboard, an DAB radio that has choppy sound and the whole experience is not positive. I have bought my first and last VAG car, with the exception of Porsche perhaps. I got my Enyaq RS with a plan to keep if for 2,5-3 years, but this car will probably be replaced after 1,5 year in the spring, I will probably move to a EQE SUV or i5. Did they fix the bouncy rear suspension with the 2024? I see some of the things I sent in on the camera was fixed, like thicker lines, as a 46 year old, those hairline grey/orange/red lines of 3.2 are virtually invisible.

Again Mathias you hit the nail. I do think the 2024 Enyaq is looking greate. would i buy one? if new to the market yes, will i buy a Skoda for my 2.nd EV? It really depends if Skoda upgrades my 2021 Enyaq to atleast ME3.2 or better Me 3.5. with in really short time. Example ime one having problems whith the sterringweel if i ask the car to preheat, my steering weel is not posible to stop heating.... the skodadealer says the problem will be resolved with ME 3.2. so i can either not preheat my car or risk damegding the steering wheel for a undefined time... Skoda need to upgrade our ME 3.0 cars if they want us to buy model 2024 or later models and now is the time people on a regular basis will swift cars of that age.. keep up the good work

A good overview Mathias, still few thoughts about mentioned stuff: working in another industry which intensively uses SW, in the past 24 years I can see in all domains how SW development quality has been decreased, with all due respect to SW developers, but this is the trend, the product lifecycle has been tremendously shortened, and the graduates' experience unfortunately is as well shortened, leading to poor SW quality, everywhere not only in automotive. Probably in the last Enyaq version, the dashboard's chipset is faster with more memory, leading to faster run, as in previous Enyaq version the software starts running smoothly after few operations, which typically happens on those embedded systems where memory allocation is done as soon as more tasks are performed, a SW architecture issue probably. On the other hand we are a consumers generation used to compete who get the last SW version, indeed with some more or less notably improvements like preheating. Yes, the pioneers needs to wait 10 min more for increasing charging speed, personally I'm not bothered, enjoying the coffee 10 min more 😊. Also, as an another side of the sword, 160KW fast charging will surely wear faster the battery so I would not be so happy loosing battery capacity with ultra fast charging.. Bottom line, yes first Enyaq versions are hindered from some improvements, but their SW makes the task it has been designed to.. on the other side, personally I'm using also Android auto which run flawlessly, having also Google assistant with all what I need, regarding Laura she's a stubborn lady sometimes, but manageable😊

Škoda is very, very, VERY lucky that EV's are still not mainstream enough, because they would sink like a rock to the bottom of the legacy autocarmaker pool with this kind of attitude. You don't need to look back too far to see what kind of outcome could they have just because they ignored the software portion of the product, and they were a hardware company first (HTC first comes to mind with basically zero update roadmap). They're thinking they're too big to fail, and to some extent they are, but what they were probably caught off-guard by is the fact that they didn't expect this kind of critical/constructive engagement from their BEV customers, purely because they (Škoda) didn't follow the market and trends properly on the community side of things. Otherwise, they would know that in this BEV adoption stage, there's A LOT of tech-orientated enthusiasts that truly care and know how this could be handled. Heck, you even don't need to be that, you can just observe&compare as a regular user what Tesla/Rivian/Ford is doing. And it's so straightforward to apply it, look what Steam is doing, look what Framework is doing, look what lorem ipsum, you get the point. Community rapport, transparent and without BS.

While I haven't had any issues with my RS, built 08/23, delivered 11/23, running 3.6 software, I totally understand that many early adopters feel cheated and frustrated. Škoda is sadly not the root cause, the main issue seems to be Cariad, the SW development company of VW group, which has just been a massive clusterf**k. As you say, the lifetime of the car should be planned for 8-12 years, not 3... knowing how quickly computing systems develop and become obsolete, not foreseeing the possibility to easily replace every single infotainment component with a newer one is a major failure. OK, you can't run 4.0 software on the old HW, that's fine. Just replace the friggin' hardware module then and charge me 500€, how hard can it be? Not hard, if you have THOUGHT about this while designing your system, but of course it's impossible, if you are a car company from 1937 and sticking to the 80 years old thinking and design methods...
@RicoD5
@RicoD5 9 месяцев назад
Totally agree regarding Cariad. VAG’s dependency is the only thing preventing it going belly up. Any independent SW company releasing such crap to the market would be long gone. As long as VAG continues with Cariad, there’s ample hope on improvement.

Agree totally that Skoda seems to have forgotten the early buyers and is unable to fulfil the inherent promise of continuous software updates. I have a May 22 delivered 60, with ME 3.0 and no sign of any upgrades OTA or otherwise. Would I upgrade to a 2024 model if Skoda offered excellent cost of change packages, I don't know, especially if there's a 2025 face-lift model. I had a Kodiaq before switching to Enyaq, so I have been loyal to the brand........so far.

Mathias, Congratulations, great video. I have a 2022 ENYAQ IV 60, I, you're absolutely right, sustainability also lifes in the product's longevity. The general quality of VW products is quite low, I buy the ENYAQ because it has a much higher quality level, but I feel that the overall product starts to look quite dated at just 2 years old because of the software. The VW group will be overtaken by the Chinese market according to the CEO. My next electric car will certainly not be a European car.

Old/new comparison between 80 and 85 is indeed night and day with new sw 4.0. But what about the IV60? I'm getting my 60 next year in May, but will probably still have sw 3.x. For iv60 buyers there is no improvement, but still same old buggy sw 3.x. Still hope it will be different for everyone, but I'm pessimistic. So update not just for 150k driving enyacs, but also for brand new IV 60's.

It's been clear from the point at which they announced software v4. 0 that it is for the 85 only. The 60 is going to continue with 3.x I'm not sure that legally you have any grounds to cancel your contract because you didn't understand what you agreed to buy. Sorry if that sounds harsh, it's not meant to be, but you agreed to buy a car with 3.x just maybe you didn't know that.

Thank you so much for this video Matthias! You managed to replicate precisely my thoughts. On the software side, when you mention whether 4.0 is gonna be future-proof or not, since VW announced that they are targeting for 2027 (or 2029) for their VW.os (or 2.0 as they call it) to be installed in their cars (I presume both VW and skoda) I doubt that it will. The only question would be whether the 1.2 version of their stack which is available for a few Audi and Porsche cars will be future-proof and upgradable to 2.0 when time comes.

Great video. I was thinking in buying a SKODA Enyaq, but after viewing this video I will definitely not buy one. The decision on buying an electric car is 40% software nowadays. If a company does not support their own model for more than TWO years, that says a lot. I will choose a company with a proven record on doing so. Tesla has been proven to support its cars (software-wise). Even KIA and HYUNDAI are strong contenders. Why can’t SKODA do it?

1. Did you compare the App functionality/responsivness between the two? 2. I'd be willing to pay for the upgrade of PC hardware if it would give me an option to have the responsivnes of 2024 model. It doesn't have to have 4.0 if it's not compatible. It can't be more than 1000€ in parts 3. For me pre-heating is not a must, but I doubt it is so complex that they couldn't make a patch on 3.* version. Just add add a button to manually start/stop it Anyhow, I could live with the rest if they gave us the basics. But I do agree that current status is never again Skoda (even though it is physically twice as good as Tesla)

I have an Enyaq RS iV from January 2023 with version 3.4 of the software, with no changes since purchase apart from a few minor updates by OTA. The vehicle works perfectly, is very comfortable but the disappointment comes from the lack of upgrades software and the slow charging of the battery, which has never exceeded 100 KW and which often peaks at less than 80 KW for temperatures between 20 and 25 degrees. After discussion with the garage, these charging times are " contractual"..I expected it but compared to VW-Skoda's advertising, there is a gap in charging times. Would I buy a Skoda again? I'm hesitant, I've been a regular with the VW group for 40 years and I've never been disappointed by the service. However, the world of EVs is evolving quickly and certain points like software or performance are better than the competition, but mechanically and for finishes, VW-Skoda is above and there is a service behind the brand. Now, the software part and especially the monitoring are bad at VW. Even the mechanic is not aware of the versions and we look like aliens when we ask certain questions on the subject. My robot lawn mower (Worx), my cleaning robot, my communications devices (Yaesu, Icom, AOR…), my camera (Nikon), my PCs, my calculator (Numworks), my Mac and even my bike (Bosch) all have regular firmware updates . Why is Skoda so late and cautious about firmware updates and above all never communicates on the subject. It's a shame and it's a point that I will look closely at when changing of the vehicle

Also, can you kindly elaborate a bit more as to why there was such a difference in the charging speed between the two? Regards

Great video as always. The feelings are really mixed - although I like my car and I could live with it, but it's the lack of support / updates that were promised and never delivered which keeps me away from ordering a new enyaq. I was really considering to switch to 85x L&K or RS but seeing how they mishandle amd treat the current owners I am really not sure if I need to trust them any more. It would just make me fool twice. I am also dissapointed by the specifications of the new models - 80x has kept the same power despite new motor - and this is definitely just a marketing decision to differentiate RS. But RS being the top trim can't have the ventilation. The improved massage function on seats are left exclusive to id7 despite the top trim enyaqs can cost the same or even more.. so there are a lot of unpleasant marketing decisions just because Škoda is a step lower in the hierarchy of VAG group...

Given up on Skoda software. First Edition version, now on 3.0. Cannot even access the car with a second user. This issue is known to Skoda but they just don’t manage to solve it - it’s something with our account on their servers. The app is still mediocre while Home Assistant can pull all the information we’d like to have in our app. Bit at least, the lengthy downtimes are occuring not as often as before. I am a Python/Django software developer myself but I’m also educated in computer electronic design. If I’d deliver software as mediocre as Skoda’s I’d be out of work tomorrow - maybe I could apply at Skoda’s though. Until today I wasn’t aware 4.0 wouldn’t arrive on our car. That’s just not acceptable, hust as you already explained. Let them replace the CPU or something. It’s not that difficult. A year ago I already understood from Skoda CZ some updates wouldn’t be available for our car as the hardware wasn’t installed. So, I cannot remotely lock the doors? What hardware do you need for that. And why didn’t Skoda anticipate on that in the first place? I just lost my trust in the entire Volkswagen group even though I have been a very happy Audi driver before. It will take a lot of effort for Skoda to regain that trust. But there’s still some time left. I’ll drive this car for another 2,5 years as it’s a leased car. Next car? An EV for sure, but probably not one of the Volkswagen group, nor a Tesla or one of General Motors. I’ll look at Japanese, Korean and Chinese cars, for the first time in my life (I’m over 50).

Hey Matthias. Very nice video!! Would it be a possibility to get an interview with Skoda and with someone who knows of the struggles this all brings to a lot of costumers. I have asked my Skoda workshop several times about the big future update and they keep saying that they will come as OTA. They must get this information from Skoda and therefore Skoda must have a hope that this will be fixed at some point. But their communication with the owners has been really poor and even if they keep saying the updates will come they need to make us understand why it is taking so long and what the struggles are...

VAG rushed out so many vehicles on the MEB platform that were not ready. So many models only 2 years old have replaced. A 2 year update is a feacelifht not new models, new motors, new software from the ground up, new charging, regen, efficiency etc. All the old models will depreciate like a rock with these new updates.
@jsr_7323
@jsr_7323 7 месяцев назад
It is not nice from Skoda, if they stop maintaining the software, but on the other hand, I often found the updates annoying, because all user settings apparently were reset to some (random) defaults, causing unexpected behavior in the middle of the driving. With all its flaws, the software largely works, so I would not be that sorry, if the updates dry out. As a software engineer, I however know it should be possible to port at least some of the improvements from 4.0 to 3.x, even if the hardware is slightly different, by putting in conditional compiling directives in the code, but obviously improvements due to f.ex. faster CPU or larger memory cannot be done. This will however require a good overview of the entire system, and I suspect this is lacking in the great, and probably chaotic, organization of VAG software division.

I agree on Matthias when he vents his doubts if 4.0 will be updated. So 2nd generation Enyaq (4.0) buyers imo will suffer the same fate as current owners. No meaningful updates to expect. Even today Skoda puts outdated Enyaqs (3.x) on the road

To my understanding SW3 is getting close to a bug free version of the product you bought in 2021, and you should enjoy that. Let us know what Skoda/VW promised in 2021, that they did not deliver today? I guess not faster UI, but maybe preconditioning the battery, stability etc? Thanks again!

Hi Matthias, Thanks for your great videos and effort to make changes for existing owners of old Enyaq's. Unfortunately I sold mine 2 weeks a go because I finally gave up after 2,5 years of problems and after getting the 3.0 update I also got safety and more critical problems. I could no longer trust that driving the car was safe. So my thoughts now are - do I buy a new car (2024/4.0) from either VW or Skoda? - Should I go with the ID.4 (EUR 9.000 lower campaign price)? Have you tested the Enyag 2024/4.0 further after your video and have you found any critical bugs? I like the Skoda best inside but I like both outside. I need to order a new car soon and it looks like delivery for both is April/May. Keep up the good work /Michael

A very similar situation is happening on the ID.4 side of things regarding software. It's a pitiful situation we're put in for being 1st adopters and it sucks. The improvements in performance seem to stem partly from software but also improved hardware running it. However, the processor on the older models should be more than fast enough with more than enough RAM to run it (a heavily locked down and stripped back version of Android on a Snapdragon 820A platform). Is it really too much to ask for software that doesn't crash mid-driving occasionally? To have Plug anf Charge work in the US? But no, VWAG is busy putting ChatGPT on newer vehicles with V4.0 software as if anyone asked for that.

@@TheSuriwan Being in the technology business I know that ALL updates are not always possible for all devices or in this case cars, but Skoda failure to even communicate with customers after they had brought vehicles under the premise that OTA updates would be forthcoming but failing to deliver even a single one to some vehicles that were not even a year old is just beyond the pale. Skoda need to also realise that some people often look at current and previous owner experiences before buying from a brand that may be new to them.

The '24 looks great. It looks like what we should have been on track to receive before they decided to abandon our software series. If it existed in a vacuum, I think we could all be excited about it. Of course, we understand VAGs motivation, they want everyone on a conveyor belt of buying new cars every 2 or 3 years because capitalism demands it, and this software shenanigans is a way to differentiate between them. But I don't want to buy a new car every 2 to 3 years *JUST FOR SOFTWARE* - it's not sustainable to do so, and absent some substantial change in course, when I do buy my next car, it won't be another build-to-order fully-loaded VAG because I learned my lesson very well this time around that VAG, CARIAD, Skoda.. cannot be trusted to keep their word, and they'll say nothing in the hope that we'll all forget how we were treated. There is some small comfort in the knowledge that because I hope to keep my car for as long a time as possible, the depreciation caused by the software series being abandoned will be a relatively small sum of money by the time it's finally being sold.

Get a couple of old and new owners together and start a class-action lawsuit against Skoda & Volks Wagen the parent company. Get a law firm that believes in doing the right thing for the consumer and sue Skoda/VW. I believe that’s probably the only way they might respond. It’s sad to hear what you are going through. They just lost a customer. I was excited about the Enyaq and was seriously considering getting one this year. (What a shame Skoda/VW!!!)

Now, really, what did you complainers really expect? That a 3 year old car would be perfect from the start and be up to date for the upcoming ten years?! Thats really a unrealistic approach in my opinion. I am happy about the good things with my new Enyaq 80X Sportline. The version 3.7 is not bad, its working fine. Of course the new version might be better in some ways, it is new you know, but remember the old version is still doing its job. Nice feature though with the battery preheating possibility which must be great for customers depending on fastchargers. Luckily I'm not. For me its 99% homecharging making it easier to cope with the lack of this new feature.

If you buy a mobile phone, you get safety updates every month and every year at least one big update. This for at least five years and is obligated by Europe Why shouldn't that be for the software of an EV? It's even more important then for a mobile phone. You have version 3.7 but many owners are still stuck at 3.0.0 ;-)

To be honest I quit watching at the “my personal conclusion”. First, you bought a good car and now it’s not good anymore, because there’s a better one? Okay, they could update the software, but I think you are exaggerating the differences and talking the company down. If you buy a new model smartphone, TV or whatever after a year, there’s always a better experience. I have learned never to take a new model, but wait for the second one. I chose Kodiaq 2,5 years ago and now I’ve ordered Enyaq 2024 model. For me Skoda is the best car for work and family, they’ve thought about all practical stuff that other brands don’t have or have it optional. Cheers!

This is the reason why I didn't buy Škoda EV they are under VW boot, and VW has shown with ID.3 & 4 how little they prepared the software. It is obvious there is a hardware change and Škoda (VW) will not update your software. I went for Tesla. Tesla's issue is they give you the new software all the time, but the post-sales experience is awful. Built quality is bad, the new Highland built in China is the quality we all should have gotten in our Model 3. When you bring in the car for service the staff is great but they damage your interior somehow and you end up wasting time coming to service again. The car after 1,5 years has noise issues it's annoying when driving an EV. The worst part Tesla won't sell us the new soft suspension even if I want to buy one. You should call out Škoda and VW but I am afraid only group lawsuits will make a change.
