Love is Freedom and Freedom is unconditionally Love and it is all within...all is Love...veiled up by thought mind stuff....when we let the heart lead instead the mind ...we automatically become more of ourself...more authentic...free...spontanous...joyfull...blissful and real and beautyfull or in-time with what is and do not betray ourself and will then not suffer as much from the selfbetrayel from the mind stories we believed in way 2 much . And if your intention is to be in the moment, to be open, supportive, heartfelt, and helpful but external stressors bring on grief, sorrow, pain, and miscommunication, do we approach all of the negatives with compassion and openness? Can we get there from here? Is there egolessness without ego? Can we go through without reactivity, when intentionless reactivity is part of life? Are responsiveness and reactivity not two sides to the same coin? Self-compassion and true intentions are ideals that conflict with our everyday selves. I'd like to have self-compassion for my everyday self. I want things to be better, yes, but things are often beyond our control. It's difficult, and we need to respond. Yet, somehow we can understand others through our own struggles. 🙏
